- 二甲胺四環(huán)素是第二代半合成類抗生素，淡黃色不規(guī)則固體，純度符合USPXII。人類使用的主要是二甲胺四環(huán)素鹽酸鹽。本品屬?gòu)V譜類抗生素，對(duì)四環(huán)素敏感或耐藥的金黃色葡萄球菌均有效；對(duì)綠色葡萄球菌、星形放線菌、肺炎雙球菌和細(xì)菌樣微生物、奈瑟氏淋球菌的作用比四環(huán)素類略強(qiáng)，對(duì)大腸桿菌、變形桿菌、沙門氏菌、志賀氏桿菌、克雷伯氏桿菌、假單胞桿菌的KJ強(qiáng)度與四環(huán)素類相近。二甲胺四環(huán)素的藥理作用：二甲胺四環(huán)素為GX、SX、長(zhǎng)效的半合成四環(huán)素新制劑，KJ作用為該屬中Z強(qiáng)，KJ譜與多西環(huán)素相似。作用比四環(huán)素強(qiáng)2-4倍，也勝過(guò)多西環(huán)素、美他環(huán)素、土霉素。能克服耐四環(huán)素的金黃色葡萄球菌、鏈球菌、大腸桿菌，金黃色葡萄球菌對(duì)本品不易產(chǎn)生耐藥性?？诜昭杆?，且不受食物影響，分布廣泛，在肝、腎、肺等組織中濃度較高，在腦及腦脊液中濃度比其他四環(huán)素族抗生素為高。t1/2=12.6h.用于尿路、胃腸道、婦科、皮膚、、眼、耳、鼻、喉部感染及男性淋病。本品尚可用于阿米巴病的輔助ZL。二甲胺四環(huán)素的使用方法：口服。小兒劑量：8歲以上首劑：4mg/kg以后：2-4mg/2-4mg/（kg.次）成人劑量：S次：0.2g,以后0.1g/次，1次/12h淋?。?00mg,一次服。二甲胺四環(huán)素的注意事項(xiàng)：1.鈣、鋁及其他金屬離子能影響本品吸收，應(yīng)避免合用?！ ?.藥物不良反應(yīng)與四環(huán)素相似?！ ?.兒童可出現(xiàn)牙齒黃染，嬰兒可致前囪隆起?！ ?.慎用于肝、腎功能不全者。 5.禁用于8歲以下兒童、孕婦、駕駛員者?！ ?.可引起前庭功能失調(diào)（眩暈、共濟(jì)失調(diào)），但停藥可恢復(fù)。[詳細(xì)]
