安瓿瓶圓跳動(dòng)測(cè)試項(xiàng)目;
圓跳動(dòng)是指瓶身繞軸線旋轉(zhuǎn)一周絲外徑的Zda變化量,其實(shí)驗(yàn)方法是:去安瓿瓶適量,用精度0.001mm的安瓿瓶圓跳動(dòng)測(cè)試儀YTD-80測(cè)定,應(yīng)復(fù)合表一的規(guī)定。將瓶底加持固定在水平板的旋轉(zhuǎn)盤上,使瓶口與千分表接觸,旋轉(zhuǎn)360°讀取Zda值,即為圓跳動(dòng)值。

安瓿瓶是用于盛裝藥液小型玻璃容器,據(jù)了解,護(hù)士在臨床護(hù)理工作中,鋸掰玻璃安瓿加藥是每日進(jìn)行頻率Z高的一項(xiàng)操作,而且折斷力過大會(huì)造成安瓿瓶破裂的問題出現(xiàn),所以安瓿瓶折斷力是國家藥包材標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的一項(xiàng)檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目。
YBB00332002《低硼硅玻璃安瓿》 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定,安瓿瓶折斷后,斷面應(yīng)平整(斷面不得有尖銳凸起、豁口及長度超過肩部的裂紋)。在兩個(gè)金屬支架之間設(shè)定一段距離,以便在與被測(cè)安瓿的ZX軸成90°的二個(gè)金屬支架之間施加力。用安瓿瓶折斷力測(cè)試儀ZDY-01加力,直至安瓿瓶斷裂,記錄下折斷力值。注: 在試驗(yàn)點(diǎn)刻痕易折安瓿[詳細(xì)]
