作為一種優(yōu)良的磁性材料,四氧化三鐵納米粒 子在作為磁記錄材料、磁流體的基本材料、特殊催化劑原料、磁性顏料等方面顯示出許多 特殊的功能,在生物技術(shù)領(lǐng)域和醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域亦有著很好的應(yīng)用前景。
華南理工大學(xué)曾老師課題組采用氧化共沉淀法,在弱磁場的輔助作用下,以 FeCl2,NaOH 為原料、H2O2 為氧化劑,合成得到了正八面體和六方體型 Fe3O4 納米粒子。并通過美國MAS生產(chǎn)的APS-100超聲法粒度儀對合成的Fe3O4 納米粒子的粒度進(jìn)行了測定,通過SEM圖1和APS-100測量的粒度分布數(shù)據(jù)圖2,說明了Z終的粒子是二次粒子,是由 Fe3O4 初級粒子經(jīng)歷二次成核和二次生長得到的。[詳細(xì)]
