- 二氧化硅又稱硅石(化學(xué)式為510公,在自然界分布很廣,典型代表有石英、石英砂等,可用于制玻璃、陶器、搪瓷、耐火材料、硅鐵、單質(zhì)硅等。粉塵中的游離二氧化硅是難溶性物質(zhì),它不易被吸收,也不易排出,在體內(nèi)沉積可導(dǎo)致肺纖維化,是引起矽肺的主要原因。我國很多行業(yè)粉塵危害形勢仍然十分嚴(yán)峻,存在企業(yè)職業(yè)衛(wèi)生管理混亂,工作場所粉塵濃度較高,產(chǎn)生的粉塵多為矽塵,防塵設(shè)施落后,作業(yè)人員流動性大,素質(zhì)普遍較低,自我保護(hù)也差。電力和煤炭行業(yè)生產(chǎn)環(huán)境中粉塵的種類較多,主要有矽塵、煤塵、鍋爐塵、石棉塵、水泥塵、電焊煙塵等,其特點(diǎn)是粉塵中游離二氧化硅含量較高,粉塵的分散度也比較高,即多為呼吸性粉塵,因此對接塵人員的危害較大。根據(jù)生產(chǎn)性粉塵的理化性質(zhì)、空氣中濃度、進(jìn)入人體的量和作用部位,產(chǎn)生的危害也有不同,主要包括鼻炎、咽炎、氣管炎、支氣管炎等呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病。我國政府以及電力和煤炭行業(yè)部門對防塵工作高度重視,因此,加強(qiáng)對粉塵中游離二氧化硅含量的檢測是一件非常重要和緊迫的工作。以往檢測粉塵中游離二氧化硅含量,均采用《作業(yè)場所空氣中粉塵測定方法》(GB574885)規(guī)定的“焦磷酸重量法”,該方法存在操作步驟復(fù)雜、使用試劑種類繁多、檢測周期長、準(zhǔn)確性差、試驗(yàn)室條件要求苛刻等一系列問題,難以滿足現(xiàn)場批量檢測的要求。我國測定作業(yè)場所粉塵中游離二氧化硅很多仍沿用焦磷酸重量法,該法需用試樣量大,一般只能測定礦(巖)石或自然降塵樣,對呼吸性粉塵中的游離二氧化硅尚無法直接測定。國外常用X射線衍射法和紅外法。由于紅外法的儀器價(jià)格較便宜,也不會產(chǎn)生對人體有害的放射性輻射,故很受重視。美英等國已把紅外法作為測定煤塵中游離二氧化硅的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方法。為了提高檢測的準(zhǔn)確性,實(shí)現(xiàn)批量檢測的目的,根據(jù)紅外光譜法原理天津市金貝爾科技有限公司專門研制FC-2000D粉塵中游離二氧化硅分析儀用來檢測粉塵中游離二氧化硅含量。[詳細(xì)]
