    您問的這個(gè)示波器中的SWPVAR不用翻譯,我來告訴您它的含義吧。這個(gè)SWPVAR實(shí)際上是模擬示波器校正時(shí)要用到的“周期的調(diào)節(jié)按鈕”通常它在示波器周期單位設(shè)定大按鈕的左邊,標(biāo)記是SWP VAP。下面給你介紹下有關(guān)校正的操作細(xì)節(jié)。 示波器周期數(shù)調(diào)節(jié)   通常需要校正的主要是電壓峰峰值和周期數(shù)的調(diào)節(jié),這也是對波形的測試內(nèi)容。這些調(diào)節(jié)由按鈕VOLTS/DIV、TIME/DIV、SWP.VAR,VOLTS/DIV共同配合完成,各按鈕上的標(biāo)志指向哪一個(gè)數(shù)值,表示這一數(shù)值就是顯示屏的坐標(biāo)軸上每一格的單位數(shù)值。橫坐標(biāo)表示周期,縱坐標(biāo)表示電壓幅值,例如:VOLTS/DIV白色指定點(diǎn)撥在1V,即表示縱坐標(biāo)的每一小格的電壓幅值為2V;在TIME/DIV上將指定點(diǎn)指向1mSV,即表示橫坐標(biāo)的每一小格的周期為1mS。再根據(jù)波形所占的單位格數(shù),就可以直接讀出(或者經(jīng)驗(yàn)算后讀出)波形的幅度和周期,進(jìn)而用來判斷是非曲直、分析故障原因了。   在正式進(jìn)行校正之前,根據(jù)示波器左下角校正的參考數(shù)值,應(yīng)把電壓擋撥到單位1V、把周期擋位撥到1mS的位置上(當(dāng)然,你也可以選擇其它為單位值),同時(shí)還要確認(rèn)使用哪一個(gè)CHANNEL(哪一蹤)或者兩個(gè)CHANNEL一起使用(到底使用哪個(gè),就看你把MODE的選擇功能撥到哪個(gè)位置上了):CH1(diyi蹤)、CH2(第二蹤)、DUAL(兩蹤同時(shí)使用)、ADD(雙蹤疊加)。按POWER開始調(diào)整,把輸入耦合方式撥到GDN(輸入到地),這是用來對波形的ZX位置校正的,配合此功能鍵的還有POSTION(波形上下調(diào)節(jié)按鈕)。由于我們所測量的波形常常是脈沖信號波形,所以當(dāng)ZX位置調(diào)整完畢后,在一般情況下都會把擋位撥到AC(交流輸入),而DC檔位(直流輸入)在平時(shí)較為少用。 輸入方式   將輸入方式設(shè)到AC后,將信號傳輸線的探頭接到校正的測試口,即可在顯示屏上看到方波。但這時(shí)的方波不一定是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的(正確的),有可能電壓的峰峰值不足,周期不對,這個(gè)時(shí)候就是考驗(yàn)?zāi)銓@示波器各功能的熟悉程度了。在電壓按鈕的軸ZX有一個(gè)按鈕,是用來對電壓值的補(bǔ)償?shù)?,在正常情況下將它右旋到卡位鎖定,就可以正常使用了。如果出現(xiàn)鎖定后仍不能回復(fù)校正參數(shù)值的情況,就要利用這個(gè)電壓幅值補(bǔ)償電位器來補(bǔ)償了。而周期的調(diào)節(jié)按鈕則沒有那么隱蔽,它在周期單位設(shè)定大按鈕的左邊,標(biāo)記是SWP VAP,它可以對波形周期的調(diào)整。同時(shí),在SWP VAPR的左邊還有一個(gè)POSMCN按鈕,其作用是將波形水平平移(右下圖),它是協(xié)調(diào)WSP VAP使用的,讓我們能更準(zhǔn)確方便地觀察或調(diào)節(jié)波形的周期,這些都可以將示波器的原始波形設(shè)置成符合校正參考數(shù)值。如果遇到了這種情況:探頭接到校正測試口時(shí)波形不能靜止下來。則有可能是因?yàn)檫@個(gè)位于周期大按鈕右邊的LEVEL還沒有調(diào)試好。LEVEL的名稱叫“尋跡電平”,而它的實(shí)際作用是用來水平同步補(bǔ)充控制,當(dāng)兩蹤同時(shí)使用時(shí)往往會出現(xiàn)水平不能同步,這個(gè)時(shí)候就要考慮到LEVEL頂頭上的TRIC. ALT按鍵了,這是強(qiáng)制性鎖定。如果你熟悉使用這些鍵,把示波器的原始波形校正并不是困難的事。 注意事項(xiàng)   校正波形不能不特別注意的一個(gè)地方就是:信號傳輸線的信號衰減擋位(見圖15)。當(dāng)其撥到*1時(shí),表示無衰減(平時(shí)設(shè)置點(diǎn));撥在*10時(shí),表示衰減10倍,通常在輸入信號的頻率過低時(shí),它相應(yīng)的周期會變得很大,這時(shí)就要先進(jìn)行衰減再作測試了,不過還是要在測試出的結(jié)果中提升10倍才行,這樣才是原來的波形值。還有一個(gè)就是位于SWP VAP和POSMCN中間的擴(kuò)大按鍵(*10盤 MAC)當(dāng)周期單位數(shù)設(shè)置在Z低的微秒值都還不能看清波形時(shí),或是說當(dāng)波形的頻率很高時(shí),就要運(yùn)用到這個(gè)擴(kuò)大按鍵了。也就是說,所謂的擴(kuò)大和衰減只是對周期而言,而對電壓幅度則不起作用,而且不論是擴(kuò)大還是衰減,調(diào)整波形完畢后都要相應(yīng)地將周期的倍數(shù)縮小或放大。為了使波形的讀數(shù)更加精確、清晰,在原始校正波形時(shí)一定要把波形調(diào)得Z準(zhǔn)、Z清晰、線條調(diào)至Z精細(xì),只有這樣讀數(shù)才會Z為準(zhǔn)確誤差才會減至Z少,對故障分析有舉足輕重的作用。 Z后還有一點(diǎn)需要注意:校正波形調(diào)整完畢后,所有補(bǔ)償按鈕都不能調(diào)動(dòng)或更改(即SWP VAP和電壓補(bǔ)償),否則要再次對示波器重新校正一次

When HK-2 cells were treated with cisplatin in the presence of ucf-101, the percentage of apoptotic cells decreased and the inhibitor significantly blocked HAX-1 degradation. This effect was more pronounced when a higher concentration of the inhibitor was used. To confirm the specificity of the inhibitor in this system and exclude the possibility that another protease rather than Omi is involved in HAX-1 cleavage, we used cell lines derived from mnd2 mice (9). The parent cell line (mnd2-MSCV) derived from mouse embryo fibroblasts has no detectable Omi proteolytic activity (9). The same cell line has been transfected with wild type human Omi cDNA (mnd2-MSCV-Omi) and expresses high levels of active Omi protein (14). We found that in mnd2-MSCV cells, when induced to undergo apoptosis with various stimuli, the number of apoptotic cells was very low. Furthermore, no detectable cleavage of HAX-1 was observed. This is in contrast with the mnd2-MSCV-Omi cells where apoptosis was robust, and HAX-1 levels were inversely proportional to the degree of apoptosis. This experiment clearly shows that Omi is solely responsible for HAX-1 cleavage, which is essential for apoptosis under the conditions used in these experiments. HAX-1 subcellular localization depends on cell type (21, 30) and has been reported to be present in the mitochondria, cytoplasm, or plasma membrane (10, 21, 22, 30). We performed subcellular fractionation to investigate where HAX-1 cleavage by Omi takes place. We found that, in HEK293 cells, HAX-1 was predominantly present in the mitochondria, and this localization did not change in response to apoptotic stimuli. This suggests that Omi can initiate apoptosis in the mitochondria by cleaving HAX-1 protein. This is in accord with a recent study that shows Omi can induce apoptosis in human neutrophils treated with TNF- without being released from the mitochondria (7). Although several studies clearly define HAX-1 as an anti-apoptotic protein, the mechanism of its function is unknown. HAX-1 has sequence similarity to Bcl-2 family of proteins (10, 22). 展開

Instead of flying softly to earth I began to fall faster and faster so that I could not turn, dive, circle or dance. My heart stopped beating as I landed heavily on a mountain covered with snow. This is why I am writing to you from my hospital bed with two broken legs and a fragile head. I did not win anything at the Olympics after all. Doubly distilled water was used throughout the whole experiments. The data of cyclic voltammetry (CV), differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), and electrochemical impedance spectra were obtained with a CHI 660 electrochemical workstation (CH instruments, Austin, TX). The electrochemical cell consisted of GCE (3mm diameter, Bioanalytical Systems, Inc.) as working electrode, Ag/AgCl (Bioanalytical Systems, Inc.) as reference electrode, and platinum wire as counter electrode. The impedance data were fitted to an appropriate equivalent circuit using ZsimpWin 3.0 software (Echem Software). The Raman spectra of graphene were obtained by micro-Raman system equipped with a homemade sample stage, a monochromator (SPEX 500 M), and a CCD camera (Roger Scientific model 7346-001) with 514.5nm wavelength laser line.
