• 汽車衡接線盒英文版使用說明書

  汽車衡主要由秤體、傳感器、儀表、接線盒組成。其中地磅接線盒是Z不起眼的配件，但它在整臺地磅中卻發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用汽車衡接線盒的參數(shù)：1、激勵電壓為5-15VDC(TVS管Umax=18V)2、電阻應(yīng)變片式傳感器，傳感器的阻抗為350-800Ω3、以350Ω傳感器為例：并聯(lián)式約為3%，串聯(lián)式約為5%4、以700Ω傳感器為例：并聯(lián)式約為2%，串聯(lián)式約為3%汽車衡接線盒功能型號：1、并聯(lián)式、串聯(lián)式可選，并聯(lián)式為JXH-xB，2、串聯(lián)式為JXH-xC（x為可連的傳感器的只數(shù)）3、四線、六線、八線,十線，十二線等規(guī)格可選4、采用高精度電位器5、接線方式為壓接、焊接可選（并聯(lián)式）6、配有TVS管（18V）防浪涌沖擊（并聯(lián)式）7、10線、12線接線盒可定制8、接線盒的材質(zhì)主要有三種，分別為：塑料接線盒、鋁合金接線盒跟不銹鋼接線盒。汽車衡接線盒使用注意事項：1.當(dāng)你使用的是調(diào)節(jié)輸入電源接線盒。且信號電纜內(nèi)各導(dǎo)線線涇為0.2mm（或0.4mm）。則信號電纜長度要小于10M（或20m）以些類推，以免壓降過大影響各角誤差調(diào)節(jié)。2.接線注意：蕊線銅線無損剝出607MM，扭緊后正確接入對應(yīng)接線椿，壓緊銅線絲股力度可靠，保證其導(dǎo)電性長期可靠差Zda化。3.建設(shè)各傳感器對應(yīng)的電位器做標(biāo)試，以免調(diào)角時對應(yīng)錯誤越調(diào)越錯。4.必須把接盒內(nèi)銅線屑等雜特清理干凈。5.順時針調(diào)大，逆時計調(diào)小。6.必須旋緊防水接頭，以經(jīng)拉各電線不松動為佳，不用接用實05粗軟性堵塞。7.接線盒蓋密封固定可靠，以輕拉盒蓋感覺穩(wěn)固為佳。8.接線盒為秤體的固定必須牢固可靠，以免頻受振動致使電氣連接松動。[詳細(xì)]
