鉛離子電極使用說明
- 技術(shù)指標(biāo):測量范圍:(10-1-10-7)mol/L鉛離子濃度溫度范圍:(5-35)度樣品PH值:(4-6)PH離子強(qiáng)度調(diào)節(jié)劑:少量硝酸鉀粉末活化溶液:10-3mol/L硝酸鉛參比電極:217雙鹽橋參比電極(第二節(jié)鹽橋填充飽和硝酸鉀)使用步驟:1.將鉛離子電極與參比電極一起,使用磁力攪拌器在去離子水中清洗電極電位。例如溶液溫度25度時候,清洗電位一般在250mv左右,若溶液溫度低于25度時,則電位值要求適當(dāng)降低。2.電極清洗完畢,應(yīng)對電極進(jìn)行校正,在兩個以上不同濃度的鉛離子標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液中由稀到濃測試電極電位并進(jìn)行記錄。根據(jù)記錄的mv值和ppb值(鉛離子濃度的負(fù)對數(shù)值),繪制電極“mv-ppb”的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線圖。3.使用電極測量樣品,記錄測得的mv值,在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線圖上讀出對應(yīng)的ppb值,再進(jìn)行樣品鉛離子濃度的計算。[詳細(xì)]
