- 參比電極型號(hào);DP-RE-1A參比電極是用于離子計(jì),酸度計(jì)和電位滴定等儀器上起參比電位作用的測(cè)量元件,它與離子選擇電極,金屬電極等組成測(cè)量電池,可以進(jìn)行各種化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)。二型號(hào)和主要技術(shù)參數(shù)序號(hào)型號(hào)說(shuō)明與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)甘汞電極電位差(Mv2.5度電極內(nèi)阻外形尺寸自身鹽橋溶液一般用途1DP-RE-1A電極多孔陶瓷接界130±3≤10直徑12×1201.0mol/L作參比電極(堿性介質(zhì)中)三.使用維護(hù)及注意事項(xiàng)1、不同的離子選擇電極,不應(yīng)混用一支參比電極。使用前應(yīng)將電極側(cè)管口和液接部的小橡皮塞(帽)取下,使電極腔體內(nèi)的自身鹽橋溶液與大氣相通。2、電極應(yīng)立式放置。不用時(shí)應(yīng)在液口和液接部套上小橡皮塞(帽)。長(zhǎng)期不用的參比電極,電極腔體內(nèi)應(yīng)充滿自身鹽橋溶液,在電極盒中或鹽橋溶液中靜置保存。3、應(yīng)根據(jù)具體情況選擇參比電極的類型及自身鹽橋溶液的濃度。加置外鹽橋的參比電極(如217型、803型、811型等),要選擇合適的外鹽橋溶液。對(duì)飽和參比電極,其電極腔體內(nèi)的自身鹽橋溶液中要有固體電解質(zhì)存在。4、電極使用前,所有的空氣泡必須從參比電極內(nèi)自身鹽橋溶液中或液體接界部位排除掉,否則引起測(cè)量回路斷路或讀數(shù)不穩(wěn)。常用的方法是:在使用前,將參比電極輕輕甩幾下。5、雙液接參比電極,在使用時(shí),必須加入新鮮外鹽橋溶液。不使用時(shí),外鹽橋套管不可被污染。6、因硫酸亞汞的電極電位有較大的負(fù)溫度系數(shù)和熱滯后性,故測(cè)量時(shí)應(yīng)盡量防止硫酸亞汞電極的溫度波動(dòng),極ng確測(cè)量時(shí)應(yīng)將此電極恒溫。硫酸亞汞電極一般不宜在70"C以上的環(huán)境使用。7、要防止因參比電極不準(zhǔn)而引起的測(cè)試誤差。每隔30天左右,要檢查它的電極電位值。簡(jiǎn)易的檢查辦法是:將被測(cè)的參比電極與另一支標(biāo)準(zhǔn)甘汞電極一同浸入飽和KCI溶液中,組成測(cè)量電池,電位差值應(yīng)滿足上述表格中的要求,否則應(yīng)更換參比電極。[詳細(xì)]
