          蒙特利爾大學(xué)的生物化學(xué)教授Stephen Michnick帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)了一種新技術(shù)——hdPCA,能夠以非侵入性的廉價(jià)方式,快速預(yù)測(cè)和確認(rèn)藥物是如何影響細(xì)胞的。

           他們發(fā)現(xiàn),二甲雙胍對(duì)于細(xì)胞內(nèi)鐵的分布有著***的影響,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致基本的生化過(guò)程發(fā)生變化。早前已有研究表明鐵代謝和糖尿病之間存在關(guān)聯(lián),但是卻沒(méi)有直接的證據(jù)。基于***新的發(fā)現(xiàn),研究人員推測(cè),二甲雙胍引發(fā)的葡萄糖代謝可能依賴于模擬缺鐵引發(fā)的化學(xué)反應(yīng)。

          這篇研究指明,二甲雙胍至少在一定程度上通過(guò)促進(jìn)腸道細(xì)菌(如Akkermansia)的生長(zhǎng)來(lái)發(fā)揮作用。這為患者通過(guò)改變飲食來(lái)調(diào)整腸道菌群結(jié)構(gòu),***終獲得降糖效益提供了新的線索。

    除了影響腸道菌群,來(lái)自西北大學(xué)的Navdeep Chandel教授曾證實(shí),二甲雙胍可以減緩線粒體代謝,進(jìn)而阻止癌癥的生長(zhǎng)。

    RNA提取磁珠屬于納米生物磁珠的一種,主要作用是用于核酸提取過(guò)程中的RNA提取,粒徑分布在500nm左右,是洛陽(yáng)吉恩特生物自主研發(fā)生產(chǎn)的高分子納米磁性微球,該磁珠懸浮時(shí)間長(zhǎng),磁響應(yīng)時(shí)間迅速,對(duì)DNA甲基化過(guò)程中的提取環(huán)節(jié)提供良好的支持,可明顯縮短實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí)間,提高實(shí)驗(yàn)效率,并在提取結(jié)果上保持穩(wěn)定,配合核酸提取儀,更能實(shí)現(xiàn)快速的RNA提取。
