Denali® columns contain a new-generation silica-based 120Å monomeric C18 adsorbent based on the same bonding technology employed in Vydac® Everest® 300Å columns. This new technology improves C18 surface coverage and deactivates residual silanols. Previously, the best monomeric C18 chemistries had carbon coverage in the 2.8 to 3.6moL/m2 range.
