Two compounds formed with the same drug and two different excipients are analyzed : drug + lactose and drug + P.E.G. (Polyethyleneglycol). From the curve it is evident that the sample containing PEG as an excipient gives a much higher exothermic effect demonstrating a much lower compatibility. 生物微量熱儀
