Lasers Med Sci:掃頻OCTA監(jiān)測人體口腔病變微血管
口腔粘膜病變種類繁多,可構(gòu)成復(fù)雜多樣的損害,同時有些口腔表征也可作為全身性疾病診斷的依據(jù)或線索。華盛頓大學(xué)研究人員Wei Wei等開發(fā)了基于光學(xué)相干斷層掃描(OCT)的血管造影術(shù)(OCTA),以10mm× 10mm視野對人體口腔微循環(huán)組織床內(nèi)的血流進(jìn)行了成像。在單次3D采集中獲得唇粘膜組織的3D結(jié)構(gòu)和血管圖像。使用OCT斷層影像和血管造影檢查了口腔潰瘍的病理性粘膜部位,并監(jiān)測了為期2周的病變愈合過程。定量評估了固有層內(nèi)毛細(xì)血管袢密度,展示了其在健康和患病狀況下的顯著變化差異。此外還對其他易患潰瘍部位的組織解剖結(jié)構(gòu)及血管形態(tài)學(xué)進(jìn)行了成像,如舌、牙槽粘膜和唇系帶,證明了OCT/OCTA在臨床診斷和監(jiān)測口腔組織異常治療中的應(yīng)用前景。文章以“Microvascular imaging and monitoring of human oralcavity lesions in vivo by swept-source OCT-based angiography”為題發(fā)表于Lasers Med Sci。
