- 隔膜泵與柱塞泵性能比較現(xiàn)僅將電動柱塞無氣噴涂機與電動隔閡無氣噴涂機作比較,柱塞泵是將直流電動機股動柱塞復運動將涂料吸入,加壓后排出,因為其柱塞裸露,且柱塞在涂猜中作業(yè),在涂料研磨效果下柱塞磨損十分快,一旦配備口徑較大的噴嘴,其柱塞往復頻率進步,加重柱塞的磨損,機器壽數(shù)短。而替換柱塞報價十分貴重,如果電壓不正常也將直接致使作業(yè)直流電的不正常。別的,因為大幅來回往復運動,柱塞泵的作業(yè)脈動很大,使得噴涂不穩(wěn)定,涂料噴上的墻面平整度就不夠好。但柱塞泵初始吸料較快是其利益。隔閡式無氣噴涂機(隔閡泵),其規(guī)劃是在柱塞泵根底上得到了更大的改善,原理為用電動機股動活塞往復作業(yè)(留意,活塞并不直接接觸涂料),再推進隔閡運動,將涂料吸收加壓后推出,通過噴嘴噴向涂裝物體,因為其活塞在防磨損的油中作業(yè),作業(yè)環(huán)境大大優(yōu)化,壽數(shù)大大進步,通過摻透硬化處理的活塞更是不易損壞,加上高分子材料制成的高抗絞隔閡更使隔閡泵壽數(shù)進一步進步。運轉牢靠是隔閡泵的又一利益,故障率極底,對電壓請求底,對環(huán)境請求底,修理簡單,修理費用僅為柱塞泵的五分之一擺布。隔閡泵性價比優(yōu),其優(yōu)良的性能報價比將推進隔閡泵的推廣??柏悹柛邏簾o氣噴涂機具有多項的首chuang技能。采用PrimeBoosterTM體系能在數(shù)秒內重新啟動并裝料,處理了無氣噴涂機初始吸料艱難的技能難題,立異的DAPIV進口閥規(guī)劃大大降低了閥門被涂料粘住的也許,加上大功率的電動馬達與鞏固的一次成型外殼,堪貝爾噴涂機能夠擔任各種短工期高任務量的施作業(yè)業(yè)。噴嘴是另一影響涂裝質量的嚴重要素。其質量評價為耐磨損,霧化均勻,美國堪貝爾商品噴嘴均由硬質合金制作,耐磨損,涂裝質量高,報價相對便宜更使隔閡泵如虎添翼,變成涂裝機械中的皎皎者![詳細]
