- 下載E+H恩德斯豪斯液位計分類大全1、浮力方式浮力方式類型的液位計均有一個浮子(浮球或浮筒),浮子在靜止液面上處于平衡狀態(tài),當液面變化時浮子隨液面發(fā)生位移,電子元件以一定的方式獲取浮子的位移,進而轉換為液位的變化。由于電子元件接收浮子位移方式的不同,浮力方式液位計分為磁翻板液位計、浮筒液位計、磁致伸縮液位計等。1.1磁翻板液位計。磁翻板液位計由磁性浮子、圓柱型容器、標尺和變送器組成。浮子在容器內隨液面移動,浮子的磁場作用在傳感器上,傳感器是一條封在不銹鋼管內與被測液位等長的膠木條,上面間隔焊有眾多的干簧管,當干簧管與浮子在同一高度時閉合,否則開路,變送器接收干簧管所連接電阻的多少產生電流信號,轉換為液面高度。浮子移動在標尺上顯示為紅、白珠的翻轉,指示液位。1.2浮筒液位計。浮筒液位計有浮筒、彈簧、磁鋼室和指示器組成,根據阿基米德定律和磁耦合原理設計。浮筒的位移導致磁鋼室磁場發(fā)生變化,指示器內的磁傳感器極ng確測量周圍磁場變化,與液位對應從而反映出液位變化。1.3磁致伸縮液位計。磁致伸縮液位計主要由浮子、波導管和變送器組成。變送器的電子部件產生低壓電流脈沖,開始計時,產生磁場沿磁致伸縮線向下傳播,浮子隨著液位變化沿測量竿移動,浮子內磁鐵也產生磁場,兩個磁場相遇,磁致伸縮線扭曲形成扭應力波脈沖,脈沖速度已知,計算脈沖傳播時間即對應液位極ng確變化。2、壓力方式壓力方式的液位計即通過其測壓元件測量液體壓力的方式反映液面高度的液位計。一般由變送器、傳感器和壓力探頭組成。傳感器是內置毛細軟管的特殊金屬桿或電纜,探頭構造是一個不銹鋼筒芯,底部帶有膜片。探頭侵入液體中,測試受到的液體靜壓與實際大氣壓之差,壓差隨液位變化,電子元件接收壓差信號反映液位的變化。根據傳感器材質的不同分為桿式和纜式兩種。2.1桿式壓力液位計。桿式壓力液位計的傳感器是金屬桿。其一般技術參數為,測量范圍一般0~5m,輸出信號:(4~20)mA,測量精度一般0.5%。2.2纜式壓力液位計。由于傳感器是電纜,可以彎曲,方便搬運和裝卸,所以纜式壓力液位計的量程可以很大,有100m,甚至300m,其測量精度一般為1.0%。2.3差壓液位計。差壓液位計也是通過檢測壓力差來測量液位的。液位計有氣相和液相兩個取壓口。氣相取壓點處壓力為設備內氣相壓力;液相取壓點處壓力除受氣相壓力作用外,還受液柱靜壓力的作用,液相和氣相壓力之差,就是液柱所產生的靜壓力,轉換成液面高度。3、導電方式導電方式的液位計基于電學原理,通過測量電容或電阻的方式測量液位。這類液位計主要包括電容液位計、射頻導納液位計、電阻液位計。3.1電容液位計。電容液位計采用測量電容的變化來測量液面的高低。由一根金屬棒插入液體容器內,金屬棒作為電容的一個極,容器壁作為電容的另一極。兩電極間的介質即為液體及其上面的氣體。由于液體的介電常數和液面上氣體的介電常數不同,通過兩電極間的電容量的變化來測量液位的高低。3.2射頻導納液位計。射頻導納液位計是電容液位計的升級版,可以理解為用高頻無線電波測量導納,。儀表工作時,儀表的傳感器與灌壁及被測介質形成導納值,物位變化時,導納值相應變化,電路單元將測量導納值轉換成物位信號輸出,實現液位的測量。3.3電阻液位計。電阻液位計通過電極接觸導電液體,在電極間施加低頻電壓,當電極從斷開狀態(tài)變?yōu)榇右后w電阻時,形成導電通路,也就是用液體的導電性來測量液位,用多個定點的測量電阻就可以進行水位的連續(xù)測量。4、反射方式目前反射方式的液位計主要有雷達液位計和超聲波液位計兩種。它們的原理基本相同,都是通過發(fā)射-反射-接收超聲波或電磁波(雷達波)的方式測量液面高度的。4.1雷達液位計。雷達液位計的天線發(fā)射出電磁波,這些波經被測對象表面反射后,再被天線接收,電磁波從發(fā)射到接收的時間與到液面的距離成正比,雷達液位計記錄脈沖波經歷的時間,而電磁波的傳輸速度為常數,則可算出液面到雷達天線的距離,從而計算出液面的液位。4.2超聲波液位計。超聲波液位計是由微處理器控制的數字物位儀表。在測量中脈沖超聲波由傳感器(換能器)發(fā)出,聲波經液體表面反射后被同一傳感器接收,轉換成電信號。并由聲波的發(fā)射和接收之間的時間來計算傳感器到被測液體的距離。5、結語[詳細]
