液位儀表是石油化工領(lǐng)域中中不可缺少的重要儀表。液位儀表的種類繁多,根據(jù)介質(zhì)和現(xiàn)場條件的不同,各類液位計(jì)各具優(yōu)勢,形成一個(gè)多元化的局面。罐區(qū)儲(chǔ)罐由于其容積較大,要求液位計(jì)的精度較高,過去大多浮子液位計(jì),伺服式和差壓式也有一定應(yīng)用量。浮子液位計(jì)安裝復(fù)雜,可靠性較低,差壓式液位計(jì)受介質(zhì)密度和溫度影響很大,為消除這些影響,一套完善的靜壓測量系統(tǒng)其價(jià)格也很;伺服式液位計(jì)精度較高,但由于其有機(jī)械傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu),不可避免帶來磨損問題,同時(shí)價(jià)格也偏高。近年來出現(xiàn)的光纖液位計(jì)、磁致伸縮液位、超聲波液位計(jì)以及放射性液位計(jì)各具其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),光纖液位計(jì)可以做到現(xiàn)場無電檢測,安全性好,這是其突出的優(yōu)勢,缺點(diǎn)是仍然有很多機(jī)械傳動(dòng)部件,故障率就會(huì)增加,安裝也復(fù)雜些。磁致伸縮液位精度較高,但由于其接觸的測量方式和較高的安裝、維護(hù)要求導(dǎo)致市場普及不廣。

E+H恩德斯豪斯雷達(dá)液位計(jì)的維護(hù)
- E+H恩德斯豪斯雷達(dá)液位計(jì)注意了以下幾點(diǎn)正常下就不需要特殊維護(hù):1、E+H恩德斯豪斯雷達(dá)液位計(jì)更換密封圈。傳感器的密封圈必須定期更換,特別是當(dāng)使用鑄造的密封防腐結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí),更換的周期取決于清潔的頻率及測量環(huán)境和清洗時(shí)的溫度。2、E+H恩德斯豪斯雷達(dá)液位計(jì)外部清潔。當(dāng)清潔儀表外部時(shí)請使用不會(huì)損壞外殼表面及密封圈的清洗劑。E+H恩德斯豪斯雷達(dá)液位計(jì)的維修:1、E+H恩德斯豪斯產(chǎn)品的維修是假設(shè)測量設(shè)備采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)并且用戶用有能力自行進(jìn)行的情況下的維修。在配備的工具箱中包含有備用件,還包括相應(yīng)的更換指導(dǎo)。2、E+H恩德斯豪斯維修有防爆認(rèn)證的儀表:根據(jù)說明書進(jìn)行修理。完成修理后,應(yīng)進(jìn)行指定的檢測。必須遵守相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),國家防爆規(guī)范,安全指南(XA)及認(rèn)證。將所有的修理工作和改變進(jìn)行記錄,形成文件。只能使用Endress+Hawser提供的備件。只有Endress+Hawser服務(wù)部門才能將一種認(rèn)證的儀表改裝成另一種認(rèn)證。當(dāng)定購備件時(shí),請注意銘牌上的儀表標(biāo)識(shí)。只能更換相同的部件。三、E+H恩德斯豪斯雷達(dá)液位計(jì)的更換。在更換過電子模塊或整個(gè)儀表后,可以通過通信接口將參數(shù)下載到儀表中。其前提是已經(jīng)事先將數(shù)據(jù)通過ToFTool/CommuwinI上傳到計(jì)算機(jī)中。在這種情況下,可無須重新設(shè)置即可進(jìn)行測量;可能需要激活線性化,可能需要重新記錄干擾YZ圖(見基本設(shè)定)更換天線或電子組件后必須重新進(jìn)行標(biāo)定。此篇內(nèi)容全方面從E+H恩德斯豪斯維護(hù)、維修及更換幾個(gè)點(diǎn),我們的信息還是有售后保障。[詳細(xì)]

- E+H雷達(dá)料位計(jì)的基本原理:雷達(dá)波是一種特殊形式的電磁波,E+H雷達(dá)料位計(jì)利用了電磁波的特殊性能來進(jìn)行料位檢測。電磁波的物理特性與可見光相似,傳播速度相當(dāng)于光速。其頻率為300MHz-3000GHz。電磁波可以穿透空間蒸汽、粉塵等干擾源,遇到障礙物易于被反射,被測介質(zhì)導(dǎo)電性越好或介電常數(shù)越大,回波信號(hào)的反射效果越好。有些工況下所使用的E+H雷達(dá)料位計(jì),因?yàn)镋+H傳感器安裝位置不當(dāng)及條件所致,出現(xiàn)了一些問題,下面將對(duì)一些使用中的問題提出解決方案,供大家參考。1.探頭結(jié)疤和頻繁故障的解決方法**個(gè)辦法是將探頭安裝位置提高,但是有時(shí)候安裝條件限制,不能提高的情況下,就應(yīng)采用將料位測量值與該槽的泵聯(lián)鎖的辦法,解決這一難題:將Z高料位設(shè)定值減小0.5m左右,當(dāng)料位達(dá)到該Z高值時(shí),即可停進(jìn)料泵或開啟出料泵。2.E+H雷達(dá)料位計(jì)被淹相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)辦法解決這種問題的辦法是將雷達(dá)料位計(jì)改為導(dǎo)波管式測量。仍在原開孔處安裝導(dǎo)波管式雷達(dá)料位計(jì),導(dǎo)波管高于排汽管0.2m左右,這樣一來,即使出現(xiàn)料漿從排汽管溢出的惡劣工況,也不會(huì)使料位計(jì)天線被料漿淹沒,而且避免了攪拌器渦流的干擾及大量蒸汽從探頭處冒出,減少了對(duì)探頭的損害,同時(shí)由于導(dǎo)波管聚焦效果好,接收的雷達(dá)波信號(hào)更強(qiáng),取得了很好的測量效果。使用導(dǎo)波管測量方式,可以改善表計(jì)測量條件,提高儀表測量性能,具有很高的推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。3.關(guān)于泡沫對(duì)測量的影響:干泡沫和濕泡沫能將雷達(dá)波反射回來,對(duì)測量無影響;中性泡沫則會(huì)吸收和擴(kuò)散雷達(dá)波,因而嚴(yán)重影響回波的反射甚至沒有回波。當(dāng)介質(zhì)表面為稠而厚的泡沫時(shí),測量誤差較大或無法測量,在這種工況下,雷達(dá)料位計(jì)不具有優(yōu)勢,這是其應(yīng)用的局限性。4.對(duì)于天線結(jié)疤的處理:介電常數(shù)很小的掛料在干燥狀態(tài)下對(duì)測量無影響,而介電常數(shù)很高的掛料則對(duì)測量有影響??捎脡嚎s空氣吹掃(或清水沖洗),且冷卻的壓縮空氣可降低法蘭和電器元件的溫度。還可用酸性清洗液清洗堿性結(jié)疤,但在清洗期間不能進(jìn)行料位測量。E+H雷達(dá)料位計(jì)適用于酸堿儲(chǔ)罐、漿料儲(chǔ)罐、固體顆粒、小型儲(chǔ)油罐。各類導(dǎo)電、非導(dǎo)電介質(zhì)、腐蝕性介質(zhì)。如煤倉、灰倉、油罐、酸罐等。[詳細(xì)]

玻璃管液位計(jì)的使用與維護(hù)
- 玻璃管液位計(jì)是一種直讀式液位測量儀表,適用于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中一般貯液設(shè)備中的液體位置的現(xiàn)場檢測,其結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,測量準(zhǔn)確,是傳統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)場液位測量工具。該液位計(jì)兩端各裝有一個(gè)針形閥,化學(xué)分析儀器當(dāng)玻璃管發(fā)生意外事故而破碎時(shí),針形閥在容器壓力作用下自動(dòng)關(guān)閉,以防容器內(nèi)介質(zhì)繼續(xù)外流。FLG-05型管式液位計(jì)是集玻璃管液位計(jì)和板式液位計(jì)以及鍋爐水位計(jì)多重優(yōu)點(diǎn)于一身的新型的液位計(jì)。(克服了原玻璃管液位計(jì)怕碎、不堅(jiān)固、不安全、不耐壓、顯示不清楚、使用溫度低的弱點(diǎn))它在一定程度上能替代玻璃板液位計(jì),比同樣特性的液位計(jì)價(jià)格低廉。玻璃管液位計(jì)的結(jié)構(gòu)原理儀表在上下閥上都裝有螺紋接頭或者通過法蘭與容器連接構(gòu)成連通器,透過玻璃可直接讀得容器內(nèi)液位的高度。儀表在上下閥內(nèi)都裝有鋼球,當(dāng)玻璃板因意外事故破壞時(shí),鋼球在容器內(nèi)壓力作用下阻塞通道,這樣容器便自動(dòng)密封,可以防止容器內(nèi)的液體繼續(xù)外流。更多詳情請查看:上海風(fēng)雷自動(dòng)化儀表有限公司www./st3880[詳細(xì)]

- 導(dǎo)波雷達(dá)液位計(jì)測量原理接觸式雷達(dá)是基于時(shí)間行程原理的測量儀表。雷達(dá)波以光速運(yùn)行,運(yùn)行時(shí)間可以通過電子部件被轉(zhuǎn)換成物位信號(hào)。傳感器發(fā)射出脈沖并沿纜式或桿式傳導(dǎo),當(dāng)脈沖波遇到物料表面時(shí)反射回來被儀表內(nèi)的接收器接收并將距離信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)化為物位信號(hào)。導(dǎo)波雷達(dá)液位計(jì)輸入反射的脈沖信號(hào)沿纜式或桿式傳至儀表電子線路部分,微處理器對(duì)信號(hào)進(jìn)行處理,識(shí)別出微波脈沖在物料表面所產(chǎn)生的回波。正確的回波信號(hào)識(shí)別由智能軟件完成,距離物料表面離D與脈沖的時(shí)間行程T成正比:D=C×T/2其中C為光速因空罐的距離E已知,則物位L為:L=E-D導(dǎo)波雷達(dá)液位計(jì)輸出通過輸入空罐高度E(=零點(diǎn)),滿罐高度F(=滿量程)及一些應(yīng)用參數(shù)來設(shè)定,應(yīng)用參數(shù)將自動(dòng)使儀表適應(yīng)測量環(huán)境。對(duì)應(yīng)于4-20mA輸出。[詳細(xì)]

- 下載E+H恩德斯豪斯液位計(jì)分類大全1、浮力方式浮力方式類型的液位計(jì)均有一個(gè)浮子(浮球或浮筒),浮子在靜止液面上處于平衡狀態(tài),當(dāng)液面變化時(shí)浮子隨液面發(fā)生位移,電子元件以一定的方式獲取浮子的位移,進(jìn)而轉(zhuǎn)換為液位的變化。由于電子元件接收浮子位移方式的不同,浮力方式液位計(jì)分為磁翻板液位計(jì)、浮筒液位計(jì)、磁致伸縮液位計(jì)等。1.1磁翻板液位計(jì)。磁翻板液位計(jì)由磁性浮子、圓柱型容器、標(biāo)尺和變送器組成。浮子在容器內(nèi)隨液面移動(dòng),浮子的磁場作用在傳感器上,傳感器是一條封在不銹鋼管內(nèi)與被測液位等長的膠木條,上面間隔焊有眾多的干簧管,當(dāng)干簧管與浮子在同一高度時(shí)閉合,否則開路,變送器接收干簧管所連接電阻的多少產(chǎn)生電流信號(hào),轉(zhuǎn)換為液面高度。浮子移動(dòng)在標(biāo)尺上顯示為紅、白珠的翻轉(zhuǎn),指示液位。1.2浮筒液位計(jì)。浮筒液位計(jì)有浮筒、彈簧、磁鋼室和指示器組成,根據(jù)阿基米德定律和磁耦合原理設(shè)計(jì)。浮筒的位移導(dǎo)致磁鋼室磁場發(fā)生變化,指示器內(nèi)的磁傳感器極ng確測量周圍磁場變化,與液位對(duì)應(yīng)從而反映出液位變化。1.3磁致伸縮液位計(jì)。磁致伸縮液位計(jì)主要由浮子、波導(dǎo)管和變送器組成。變送器的電子部件產(chǎn)生低壓電流脈沖,開始計(jì)時(shí),產(chǎn)生磁場沿磁致伸縮線向下傳播,浮子隨著液位變化沿測量竿移動(dòng),浮子內(nèi)磁鐵也產(chǎn)生磁場,兩個(gè)磁場相遇,磁致伸縮線扭曲形成扭應(yīng)力波脈沖,脈沖速度已知,計(jì)算脈沖傳播時(shí)間即對(duì)應(yīng)液位極ng確變化。2、壓力方式壓力方式的液位計(jì)即通過其測壓元件測量液體壓力的方式反映液面高度的液位計(jì)。一般由變送器、傳感器和壓力探頭組成。傳感器是內(nèi)置毛細(xì)軟管的特殊金屬桿或電纜,探頭構(gòu)造是一個(gè)不銹鋼筒芯,底部帶有膜片。探頭侵入液體中,測試受到的液體靜壓與實(shí)際大氣壓之差,壓差隨液位變化,電子元件接收壓差信號(hào)反映液位的變化。根據(jù)傳感器材質(zhì)的不同分為桿式和纜式兩種。2.1桿式壓力液位計(jì)。桿式壓力液位計(jì)的傳感器是金屬桿。其一般技術(shù)參數(shù)為,測量范圍一般0~5m,輸出信號(hào):(4~20)mA,測量精度一般0.5%。2.2纜式壓力液位計(jì)。由于傳感器是電纜,可以彎曲,方便搬運(yùn)和裝卸,所以纜式壓力液位計(jì)的量程可以很大,有100m,甚至300m,其測量精度一般為1.0%。2.3差壓液位計(jì)。差壓液位計(jì)也是通過檢測壓力差來測量液位的。液位計(jì)有氣相和液相兩個(gè)取壓口。氣相取壓點(diǎn)處壓力為設(shè)備內(nèi)氣相壓力;液相取壓點(diǎn)處壓力除受氣相壓力作用外,還受液柱靜壓力的作用,液相和氣相壓力之差,就是液柱所產(chǎn)生的靜壓力,轉(zhuǎn)換成液面高度。3、導(dǎo)電方式導(dǎo)電方式的液位計(jì)基于電學(xué)原理,通過測量電容或電阻的方式測量液位。這類液位計(jì)主要包括電容液位計(jì)、射頻導(dǎo)納液位計(jì)、電阻液位計(jì)。3.1電容液位計(jì)。電容液位計(jì)采用測量電容的變化來測量液面的高低。由一根金屬棒插入液體容器內(nèi),金屬棒作為電容的一個(gè)極,容器壁作為電容的另一極。兩電極間的介質(zhì)即為液體及其上面的氣體。由于液體的介電常數(shù)和液面上氣體的介電常數(shù)不同,通過兩電極間的電容量的變化來測量液位的高低。3.2射頻導(dǎo)納液位計(jì)。射頻導(dǎo)納液位計(jì)是電容液位計(jì)的升級(jí)版,可以理解為用高頻無線電波測量導(dǎo)納,。儀表工作時(shí),儀表的傳感器與灌壁及被測介質(zhì)形成導(dǎo)納值,物位變化時(shí),導(dǎo)納值相應(yīng)變化,電路單元將測量導(dǎo)納值轉(zhuǎn)換成物位信號(hào)輸出,實(shí)現(xiàn)液位的測量。3.3電阻液位計(jì)。電阻液位計(jì)通過電極接觸導(dǎo)電液體,在電極間施加低頻電壓,當(dāng)電極從斷開狀態(tài)變?yōu)榇右后w電阻時(shí),形成導(dǎo)電通路,也就是用液體的導(dǎo)電性來測量液位,用多個(gè)定點(diǎn)的測量電阻就可以進(jìn)行水位的連續(xù)測量。4、反射方式目前反射方式的液位計(jì)主要有雷達(dá)液位計(jì)和超聲波液位計(jì)兩種。它們的原理基本相同,都是通過發(fā)射-反射-接收超聲波或電磁波(雷達(dá)波)的方式測量液面高度的。4.1雷達(dá)液位計(jì)。雷達(dá)液位計(jì)的天線發(fā)射出電磁波,這些波經(jīng)被測對(duì)象表面反射后,再被天線接收,電磁波從發(fā)射到接收的時(shí)間與到液面的距離成正比,雷達(dá)液位計(jì)記錄脈沖波經(jīng)歷的時(shí)間,而電磁波的傳輸速度為常數(shù),則可算出液面到雷達(dá)天線的距離,從而計(jì)算出液面的液位。4.2超聲波液位計(jì)。超聲波液位計(jì)是由微處理器控制的數(shù)字物位儀表。在測量中脈沖超聲波由傳感器(換能器)發(fā)出,聲波經(jīng)液體表面反射后被同一傳感器接收,轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號(hào)。并由聲波的發(fā)射和接收之間的時(shí)間來計(jì)算傳感器到被測液體的距離。5、結(jié)語[詳細(xì)]
