- 一．物質(zhì)熔點(diǎn)的測(cè)定 1．取一支一端封口的毛細(xì)管，以開(kāi)口端插入試劑瓶萘粉末中，一些粉末會(huì)卡入開(kāi)口端。取出毛細(xì)管，將沾黏在外壁的試樣擦拭干凈。取一支空氣冷凝管，一端放置在桌面上，將毛細(xì)管的封口端向下，開(kāi)口端朝上，自玻璃管的上端放入，讓毛細(xì)管在桌面上彈震，使在開(kāi)口端的試樣落入底部，如此反復(fù)幾次。毛細(xì)管中的試樣不要超過(guò)2∼3 mm。 2．將載熱液體石蠟裝入b形管中并預(yù)熱 3．將填充好樣品的毛細(xì)管與溫度計(jì)用橡皮圈固定，使樣品處于水銀球中部，溫度計(jì)放入b形管中，使水銀球處于b形管的兩叉口中部，溫度計(jì)用細(xì)線拴住，掛在鐵架臺(tái)上。 4．繼續(xù)加熱，待溫度計(jì)上升至75℃左右時(shí)，減緩加熱速度，觀察初熔和全熔的現(xiàn)象并記錄溫度計(jì)的讀數(shù)后停止加熱。 6.待溫度下降20℃后，重復(fù)上述步驟三次。 7.毛細(xì)管中的試樣緊密堆積在毛細(xì)管的底端出現(xiàn)初熔和全熔的現(xiàn)象 按上述方法測(cè)定肉桂酸和未知試樣。同樣測(cè)三次。 二．溫度計(jì)的校正 1．用電爐煮沸一鍋水。 2．將使用的溫度計(jì)放入沸水中，讀數(shù)。 3．讀數(shù)與水沸點(diǎn)的差值就是需校正的溫度。 讀出的數(shù)據(jù)比實(shí)際低2℃
