DST系列植入式動(dòng)物體溫與心律記錄儀有Nano、Micro、Milli和Centi等不同型號(hào),可分別用于小鼠、大鼠、雪貂、猴、羊、牛等不同大小動(dòng)物體溫及心率監(jiān)測(cè),植入式記錄儀紀(jì)錄的數(shù)據(jù)可通過通訊盒(Communication Box)下載到計(jì)算機(jī)上,或者通過無線遙測(cè)傳輸數(shù)據(jù),廣泛應(yīng)用于實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物監(jiān)測(cè)、動(dòng)物生理生態(tài)研究、藥理學(xué)研究、病理學(xué)研究、毒性實(shí)驗(yàn)、病毒學(xué)、疫苗學(xué)、免疫學(xué)研究實(shí)驗(yàn)、能量代謝測(cè)量監(jiān)測(cè)等。主要特點(diǎn)如下:

應(yīng)用案例3 荷蘭科學(xué)家利用DST Micro-T腹腔植入方法于2014年在Journal of Virology雜志發(fā)表“Correlation between Virus Replication and Antibody Responses in Macaques following Infection with Pandemic Influenza A Virus”一文,作者認(rèn)為此種體溫測(cè)定方法比較準(zhǔn)確,如下所示:


應(yīng)用案例4 荷蘭神經(jīng)科學(xué)研究所科學(xué)家利用DST nano-T動(dòng)物背部植入方法于2016年在Endocrinology雜志發(fā)表“ffects of Intracerebroventricular Administration of Neuropeptide Y on Metabolic Gene Expression and Energy Metabolism in Male Rats”一文,并認(rèn)為DST nano-T是比較靈敏的體溫記錄儀。需要說明的是,也可備選美國(guó)Sable Systems International公司生產(chǎn)的Promethion動(dòng)物行為與代謝監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),更細(xì)微地研究食物、行為、代謝與體溫之間的相互關(guān)系。

應(yīng)用案例5 荷蘭科學(xué)家于2017年在Journal of Virology 雜志發(fā)表“Infection of the Upper Respiratory Tract with Seasonal Influenza A(H3N2) Virus Induces Protective Immunity in Ferrets against Infection with A(H1N1)pdm09 Virus after Intranasal, but Not Intratracheal, Inoculation”一文,介紹了雪貂腹腔植入Micro-T微型溫度記錄儀,可以記錄間隔10分鐘的體溫?cái)?shù)據(jù)。另外,也可以在雪貂頸部植入DST系列溫度、心率記錄儀,如下圖所示:

應(yīng)用案例 6 美國(guó)普林斯頓大學(xué)科研人員于2008年發(fā)表了“Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza Virus (H5N1) Infection in Red Foxes Fed Infected Bird Carcasses”一文,介紹了紅狐腹腔部植入DST溫度記錄儀,并間隔15分鐘記錄體溫?cái)?shù)據(jù)。
另外,還可以給海洋哺乳動(dòng)物、鳥類、魚類、兩棲類、大型哺乳動(dòng)物植入不同型號(hào)溫度、心率、深度(高度)、活動(dòng)度、壓力、傾斜度等多功能記錄儀。如下圖:
