1. 查看控制機(jī)房的欠水超溫保護(hù)器,是否設(shè)定在150℃的位置。

4. 查看是否濕度部份的固態(tài)繼電器燒毀短路: 如果加熱器未燒毀,使用三用電表交流電壓檔,電壓檔位開到600伏特的位置,將紅黑棒分別放在線號(hào)標(biāo)注為H的那一顆固態(tài)繼電器交流兩側(cè),將濕度部份的濕度設(shè)定值設(shè)置0%,此時(shí)濕度部份的固態(tài)繼電器的指示燈不會(huì)亮起,如果量測(cè)的電壓值沒有變化,維持在10V以下代表固態(tài)繼電器燒毀呈現(xiàn)短路狀態(tài)。或者首先將濕度部份設(shè)定值設(shè)為0%,再看機(jī)房?jī)?nèi)加濕桶是否水在煮沸狀態(tài)。

【解決辦法 Solutions】

1. 1、將欠水超溫保護(hù)器轉(zhuǎn)至150℃的位置。

2. 2、首先將機(jī)臺(tái)后方總電源關(guān)上,然后將加濕桶下方的排水閥,打開到與管路平行的位置,帶上水箱的水都排光的時(shí)候,利用板手將加濕桶打開,將內(nèi)部因長(zhǎng)期做濕度的水垢清除,然后將硅膠管路拔除,在水中搓洗。保養(yǎng)完畢后按照拆除的方式,反方向裝回去。裝置完畢后,需將加濕桶下方的排水閥,關(guān)閉到與管路垂直的位置,然后再將機(jī)臺(tái)后方總電源打開。
