摘要：目的 建立一種RPHPI~同時測定藏藥波棱瓜子中7個活性木脂素成分(entisolariciresinol，dehydrodiconiferyl al( oho1．herpet． rione，herpetin，herpetetrone，herpetotriol，herpeta1)的含量方法采用Pinnacle DB CI8(46 ITIITI×250 irllrl，5 m，RESTEK)色譜柱，以乙腈_o．1％磷酸為流動相梯度洗脫，檢測波長為240 Bill，流速為1．0 ml ·min～ 結(jié)果Enlisolmlclresinol，dehydrodiconiferyl alcoholherpetfione，herpetin，herpetetrone，herpetotriol和herpetal的線性范圍分別為：l_29～24．80 l ·I (r=0．978 9)，6．77～13020 mg·L(r=0．10o 26)，10．41～200．20 mg·L一 (r=0．980 2)，4 45～85．50(r=0．986 1)，2．9l～5610 mg·L (r=0．982 8)．5．80～111．60mgL (r=n 100 78)和699～l34．40 mg·L (r=0．986 6)平均回收率均在95．19％ ～l02．64％內(nèi)(RSDs<1．52％)結(jié)論本法準(zhǔn)確可靠，靈敏度高，重現(xiàn)性好，結(jié)果表明，該分析方法適用于波棱瓜子藥材的質(zhì)量控制 Restek Pinnacle DB C18 液相色譜柱(USP L1)
