MK3000酶聯(lián)免疫分析儀（酶標(biāo)儀），是對(duì)酶聯(lián)免疫檢測(cè)（EAL）實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行讀取和分析的專業(yè)儀器。酶聯(lián)免疫反應(yīng)通過(guò)偶聯(lián)在抗原或抗體上的酶催化顯色底物進(jìn)行的，反應(yīng)結(jié)果以顏色顯示，通過(guò)吸光度值的大小就可以判斷標(biāo)本中待測(cè)抗體或抗原的濃度，吸光度，陰陽(yáng)性等。

Introduction

MK3000 Microplate Reader is a professional instrument for reading and analyzing the results of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(EAL).The enzyme-linked immunosorbent reaction is carried out by an enzyme-catalyzed chromogenic substrate coupled to an antigen or antibody. The reaction result is displayed in color. The concentration of the antibody or antigen to be tested in the sample can be judged by the absorbance value, absorbance, negative and positive,etc.
