  三相電能表現(xiàn)場(chǎng)校驗(yàn)儀現(xiàn)場(chǎng)常見(jiàn)故障分析1、常見(jiàn)故障⑴裝置接線(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤⑵電能表故障⑶CT部分故障2、三相電能表現(xiàn)場(chǎng)校驗(yàn)儀經(jīng)驗(yàn)判斷⑴計(jì)量裝置正常時(shí)綜合誤差（含CT誤差、二次接線(xiàn)誤差和電表誤差）在±3%時(shí)。⑵綜合誤差在-10%至-3%時(shí)一般可能為a、電表不準(zhǔn)b、CT二次負(fù)載重c、CT負(fù)誤差⑶綜合誤差超過(guò)10%時(shí)可能為a、CT二次接線(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤b、CT變比不對(duì)c、缺相或錯(cuò)相一般現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作時(shí)可先進(jìn)行綜合誤差的測(cè)量，綜合誤差在±3%時(shí)系統(tǒng)基本沒(méi)有問(wèn)題，當(dāng)綜合誤差較大時(shí)可分別進(jìn)行CT誤差、電表誤差的校驗(yàn)及線(xiàn)路診斷。3、三相電能表現(xiàn)場(chǎng)校驗(yàn)儀三相四線(xiàn)制線(xiàn)路常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題⑴缺一相缺某相電壓、電流時(shí)，可從分析儀的“測(cè)量參量1”或“矢量圖”兩功能項(xiàng)直接看出。缺相原因一般是計(jì)量裝置的三組元件中的某一組元件出現(xiàn)故障或接線(xiàn)斷開(kāi)。具體可能原因如下：a、電能表電壓線(xiàn)圈一相不通（線(xiàn)圈斷路、雷擊、電壓掛鉤與螺釘未接觸）b、計(jì)量回路一次測(cè)某相保險(xiǎn)熔斷或接觸不良c、電壓二次回路一相線(xiàn)路斷路（保險(xiǎn)熔斷或接觸不良）d、電表或CT本身一相電流線(xiàn)圈或CT二次繞組開(kāi)路（線(xiàn)圈燒斷、電能表接線(xiàn)端或二次接線(xiàn)端接觸不上）e、二次電流回路中某相電流開(kāi)路⑵三相電能表現(xiàn)場(chǎng)校驗(yàn)儀缺兩相與缺一相的原因和情況基本類(lèi)似。⑶電流一相或幾相反向電流反向可從“矢量”功能中看出，例如上圖所示的情況為A相電流反向，反向后角度與正常應(yīng)相差180°，造成此種現(xiàn)象的原因?yàn)椋篴、A相CT的K1、K2接反b、A相CT電纜穿出方向反向c、CT上K1、K2與實(shí)際標(biāo)注不符⑷電壓與電流錯(cuò)相一相或幾相電壓和電流不對(duì)應(yīng)，使實(shí)際角度與正常差120°或240°，如下圖（圖二十六）電能表現(xiàn)場(chǎng)校驗(yàn)儀4、三相電能表現(xiàn)場(chǎng)校驗(yàn)儀三相三線(xiàn)制線(xiàn)路分析方法三相三線(xiàn)制線(xiàn)路接線(xiàn)正確時(shí)矢量圖如右圖，錯(cuò)誤接線(xiàn)的分析方法參照三相四線(xiàn)制線(xiàn)路。5、單相表測(cè)量單相表測(cè)量時(shí)可用儀器的任意一相進(jìn)行（通常情況用A相），情況比較簡(jiǎn)單，此處不做具體講解。6、CT常見(jiàn)故障及原因⑴故意更換CT銘牌⑵CT精度不合格⑶CT損壞7、電能表故障如果接線(xiàn)正確但誤差還是很大，則應(yīng)調(diào)整或更換電表。六、電池維護(hù)及充電儀器采用高性能鋰離子充電電池做為內(nèi)部電源，操作人員不能隨意更換其他類(lèi)型的電池，避免因電平不兼容而造成對(duì)儀器的損害。儀器須及時(shí)充電，避免電池深度放電影響電池壽命，正常使用的情況下盡可能每天充電（長(zhǎng)期不用**在一個(gè)月內(nèi)充一次電），以免影響使用和電池壽命，每次充電時(shí)間應(yīng)在4小時(shí)以上，因內(nèi)部有充電保護(hù)功能，可以對(duì)儀器連續(xù)充電。每次將電池從儀器中取出后儀器內(nèi)部的電池保護(hù)板自動(dòng)進(jìn)入保護(hù)狀態(tài)，重新裝入電池后，不能直接工作，需要用充電器給加電使之解除保護(hù)狀態(tài)，才可正常工作。尊敬的客戶(hù)：感謝您關(guān)注我們的產(chǎn)品，本公司除了有此產(chǎn)品介紹以外，還有變壓器變比測(cè)試儀,大型地網(wǎng)接地電阻測(cè)試儀,工頻耐壓試驗(yàn)儀,互感器特性綜合測(cè)試儀等等的介紹，您如果對(duì)我們的產(chǎn)品有興趣，歡迎來(lái)電咨詢(xún)。謝謝![詳細(xì)]
