- 聚氨酯復(fù)合管325質(zhì)量保證聚氨酯符合保溫管(聯(lián)系人:高經(jīng)理)聚氨酯保溫管主要組成部分:一、保護(hù)殼:采用高密度聚乙烯或玻璃鋼。二、保溫層:采用硬質(zhì)聚氨酯泡沫塑料。三、工作鋼管:根據(jù)輸送介質(zhì)的技術(shù)要求分別采用有縫鋼管、無縫鋼管、雙面埋弧螺旋焊接鋼管。四、滲漏報(bào)警線:制造高溫預(yù)制直埋保溫管時(shí),在靠近鋼管的保溫層中,埋設(shè)有報(bào)警線,一旦管道某處發(fā)生滲漏,通過警報(bào)線的傳導(dǎo),便可在專用檢測(cè)儀表上報(bào)警并顯示出漏水的準(zhǔn)確位置和滲漏程度的大小,以便通知檢修人員迅速處理漏水的管段,保證熱網(wǎng)安全運(yùn)行。敷設(shè)方式有直埋、架空、地溝三種方式。聚氨酯復(fù)合管325質(zhì)量保證聚氨酯復(fù)合管是以鋼管為基體,以高耐磨、高彈性、高防腐的聚氨酯材料做為內(nèi)襯,經(jīng)特殊工藝加工而成的復(fù)合管道。鋼襯聚氨酯復(fù)合管具有優(yōu)異的耐磨、耐酸、耐堿、防結(jié)垢、耐輻射、耐水解老化、高彈性、抗機(jī)械沖擊等綜合性能。鋼襯聚氨酯復(fù)合管在國(guó)際上是主流耐磨管之一(另外一種為HDPE),由于國(guó)內(nèi)耐磨行業(yè)處于發(fā)展中時(shí)期,耐磨管道種類也是層出不窮,但聚氨酯成為耐磨行業(yè)主流產(chǎn)品的趨勢(shì)是刻不容緩。由于目前國(guó)內(nèi)聚氨酯生產(chǎn)技術(shù)和管道成型技術(shù)的不完善,故需引進(jìn)國(guó)外生產(chǎn)原料和先進(jìn)成熟的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、檢測(cè)設(shè)備,故生產(chǎn)成本相對(duì)要高。鋼襯聚氨酯復(fù)合管適用于粗顆粒、高壓、高速介質(zhì)的輸送,在此工礦條件下,聚氨酯的優(yōu)越性能將發(fā)揮到。在細(xì)顆粒(-200目占80%以上)、低壓(2.0Mpa以下)、低流速(<1.8m/s=的軟性介質(zhì)中其優(yōu)越性能體現(xiàn)很小。聚氨酯符合保溫管(聯(lián)系人:高經(jīng)理)聚氨酯原料為活性彈性體材質(zhì),受應(yīng)力作用后聚氨酯形狀變化滯后于應(yīng)力作用時(shí)間,從而將大部分應(yīng)力產(chǎn)生的沖刷力量轉(zhuǎn)化為內(nèi)能并以熱能形式揮散。而剩余小部分沖刷力量隨著聚氨酯的滯后形變而反彈回輸送介質(zhì),用以抵消接下來的應(yīng)力沖刷。故聚氨酯的這種特性巧妙的運(yùn)用借力打力的方式極大的減小了輸送介質(zhì)對(duì)耐磨層的磨損和沖刷力度,從而達(dá)到令人意想不到的耐用效果,不少行業(yè)專家將鋼襯聚氨酯復(fù)合管譽(yù)為耐磨行業(yè)的“太極”。主要應(yīng)用鋼襯聚氨酯復(fù)合管具有優(yōu)異的耐磨、耐酸、耐堿、防結(jié)垢、耐輻射、耐水解老化、高彈性、抗機(jī)械沖擊等綜合性能??蓮V泛用于電力、煤炭、礦山、建材、化工等行業(yè)輸送煤粉、灰渣、礦粉、鋁液、泥漿等磨削性顆粒物料和腐蝕性介質(zhì)。電力行業(yè)火力發(fā)電廠的除灰管道、灰渣管道、灰水回收管道,對(duì)于電廠淡水,海水除灰及酸性介質(zhì)輸送系統(tǒng)使用鋼襯聚氨酯復(fù)合管更能體現(xiàn)其優(yōu)越性。煤炭行業(yè)洗煤廠重介選煤及長(zhǎng)距離施法輸煤管路系統(tǒng)。煤炭開采中的泥沙回填。礦山行業(yè)鐵礦礦漿、礦山精礦、尾礦輸送系統(tǒng),礦山浮選系統(tǒng)閉式循環(huán)管道,采金礦的水沙輸送。建材、化工行業(yè)鋼鐵廠焦粒的輸送、鋁廠池泥的輸送,水泥廠煤粉的輸送,輸送腐蝕的酸堿、鹽及腐蝕兼有的固體,液體管道,如石油開采中的管道輸送,排淤工程、城市供水系統(tǒng),鋁液輸送管,均具有明顯效果。聚氨酯復(fù)合管325質(zhì)量保證聚氨酯保溫管特點(diǎn)聚氨酯保溫管具有容重輕、強(qiáng)度高、絕熱、隔音、阻燃、耐寒、防腐、不吸水、施工簡(jiǎn)便快捷等優(yōu)異特點(diǎn),已成為建筑、運(yùn)輸、石油、化工、電力、冷藏等工業(yè)部門絕熱保溫、防水堵漏、密封等不可缺少的材料。導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)?。壕郯滨ヅ菽膶?dǎo)熱系數(shù)在保溫材料中是Zdi的,因此能使物料的熱損失減少到Zdi限度。防水、防腐、耐老:由于聚氨酯泡沫的閉孔率達(dá)92%以上,因此,用聚氨酯泡沫作為直埋管道的保溫層,不僅可以起保溫隔熱作用,而且能有效地防止水,濕氣以及其它多種腐蝕性液體、氣體的浸透,防止微生物的滋生和發(fā)展。聚氨酯保溫管以其優(yōu)良的性能,方便的施工及使用年限長(zhǎng)而倍受人們歡迎。聚氨酯保溫管-施工中常見問題及解決辦法:聚氨酯保溫管起發(fā)速度慢此現(xiàn)象一般出現(xiàn)在秋冬季節(jié)或早晨施工,因?yàn)闅鉁赝蝗唤档突驓鉁氐退?。將環(huán)境溫度、黑料溫度升高即可解決。一般將黑料溫度升至30-60℃,環(huán)境溫度升至20-30℃即可。聚氨酯保溫管起發(fā)速度快此現(xiàn)象一般出現(xiàn)在春夏季節(jié)或中午施工,因?yàn)闅鉁赝蝗簧呤職鉁靥?。可將黑料用冷水泠卻或夜間放在室外自然冷卻,避免太陽直曬。聚氨酯符合保溫管(聯(lián)系人:高經(jīng)理)[詳細(xì)]
