- 宜科直線位移傳感器工作原理:極ng確可靠的測量技術(shù)。ELCO宜科直線位移采用磁致伸縮原理,它是基于由傳感器內(nèi)部電路產(chǎn)生的磁場和外部磁性材料產(chǎn)生磁場的相互作用。此作用又被稱為魏德曼效應(yīng)。當(dāng)定位磁塊產(chǎn)生的磁場感應(yīng)到扭轉(zhuǎn)應(yīng)變脈沖時,會產(chǎn)生一個電流脈沖被傳感器內(nèi)部的電子線路獲得。扭轉(zhuǎn)型應(yīng)變脈沖以一個高脈沖速率施加于波導(dǎo)管,從扭轉(zhuǎn)脈沖的發(fā)送到電路脈沖被接收間的時間能夠被非常極ng確的確定,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對實(shí)際位置的測量。被測量值隨后被處理器計(jì)算并且轉(zhuǎn)換為一個相應(yīng)的模擬量信號(電壓、電流)或數(shù)字量信號輸出。RH10系列直線位移利用磁致伸縮原理的逆效應(yīng),先是電流脈沖的觸發(fā),然后一個扭轉(zhuǎn)脈沖傳輸?shù)絺鞲衅麟娮泳€路。采用這種磁致伸縮原理的直線位移可以實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度無接觸式位置測量,并且無磨損現(xiàn)象。ELCO直線位移傳感器采用桿狀外形,采用磁致伸縮原理,在惡劣環(huán)境下也能保證穩(wěn)定工作。鑒于直線位移duyi無二的特性,可供選擇的IP65,IP67的高防護(hù)等級,簡便的安裝方式,并可輸出位置信號等多種優(yōu)點(diǎn)。這就決定了宜科的產(chǎn)品可以應(yīng)用在需要線性測量的惡劣環(huán)境。詳細(xì)內(nèi)容請下載此產(chǎn)品資料瀏覽[詳細(xì)]

- DOLD多德安全繼電器資料下載DOLD多德安全繼電器資料:在機(jī)器設(shè)備及廠房環(huán)境中,安全防護(hù)已經(jīng)被人們越來越重視。每到一處,都能發(fā)現(xiàn)安全模塊和安全控制裝置的應(yīng)用。盡管固態(tài)繼電器的應(yīng)用日益增長,但機(jī)械式繼電器卻有著不可替代的作用。有很多特定場合必須使用安全繼電器。DOLD多德安全繼電器或者是帶強(qiáng)制導(dǎo)向觸點(diǎn)的繼電器,必須同時包含至少一個常開觸點(diǎn)和一個常閉觸點(diǎn)。常閉觸點(diǎn)和常開觸點(diǎn)永遠(yuǎn)不會同時閉合。而且安全繼電器必須保證在其壽命期間,工作狀態(tài)和實(shí)效狀態(tài)下的觸點(diǎn)間距都保持在0.5mm。正由于安全繼電器的這一特性,可以監(jiān)控其中某一觸點(diǎn)是否失效。例如:當(dāng)某一個常開觸點(diǎn)發(fā)生粘連時,線圈電壓釋放后,相應(yīng)的常閉觸點(diǎn)無法回到其初始位置,從而達(dá)到監(jiān)控常開觸點(diǎn)。DOLD多德安全繼電器資料下載[詳細(xì)]
