- SMC干燥器注意使用問(wèn)題SMC冷凍式干燥器IDF和IDU工作原理SMC干燥器IDFIDU干燥器冷凍式干燥器是利用冷媒與壓縮空氣進(jìn)行熱交換,吧壓縮空氣冷卻至2~10℃的范圍,以除去壓縮空氣中的水蒸氣。左圖是帶后冷卻器以及自動(dòng)排水器的冷凍式干燥器。潮濕的壓縮熱空氣,經(jīng)風(fēng)冷式后冷卻器后,進(jìn)入熱交換器的外筒被預(yù)冷,再流入內(nèi)筒被空氣冷卻器冷卻到壓力露點(diǎn)2~10℃。在此過(guò)程中,水蒸氣冷凝成水滴,經(jīng)自動(dòng)排水器排出。除濕后的冷空氣,通過(guò)熱交換器的外側(cè),吸收進(jìn)口側(cè)空氣的熱量,使空氣溫度上升。提高輸出空氣的溫度,可避免輸出口結(jié)霜,并降低了相對(duì)濕度。把處于不飽和狀態(tài)的干燥空氣從輸出口流出,供氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)使用。只要輸出空氣溫度不低于壓力露點(diǎn)溫度,就不會(huì)出現(xiàn)水滴。壓縮機(jī)將制冷劑壓縮以升高壓力,經(jīng)冷凝器冷卻,使制冷劑由氣態(tài)變成液態(tài)。液態(tài)制冷劑在毛細(xì)管中膨脹氣化。氣化后的制冷劑進(jìn)入熱交換器的內(nèi)筒,對(duì)熱空氣進(jìn)行冷卻,然后再回到壓縮機(jī)中進(jìn)行循環(huán)壓縮。所使用制冷劑為氟利昂R134a和R22.容量控制閥是用來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)空氣冷卻器溫度的,以適應(yīng)處理空氣量的變化或改變壓力露點(diǎn)。蒸發(fā)溫度計(jì)顯示壓縮空氣的露點(diǎn)溫度。SMC干燥器作用壓縮空氣經(jīng)過(guò)后冷器器、油水分離器、氣罐、主管路過(guò)濾器得到初步凈化后,仍含有一定量的水蒸氣。氣動(dòng)回路在充排氣過(guò)程中,元件內(nèi)部存在高速流動(dòng)處(如節(jié)流閥及換向閥內(nèi)部的孔口處)或氣流發(fā)生絕熱膨脹處,溫度要下降,空氣中的水蒸氣就會(huì)冷凝成水滴,這對(duì)氣動(dòng)元件的工作產(chǎn)生不利的影響。故有些應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合,必須進(jìn)一步清除水蒸氣。SMC干燥器就是用來(lái)進(jìn)一步清除水蒸氣的,但不能依靠它清除油分。SMC冷凍式干燥器使用注意事項(xiàng)1)不要放置在日曬、雨淋、風(fēng)吹或者相對(duì)濕度大于85%的場(chǎng)合。2)壓縮空氣進(jìn)出口不要接錯(cuò)。3)排水口不要向上立著,不要打著或壓扁。4)電源電壓允許波動(dòng)小于±10%。5)壓縮空氣進(jìn)口溫度過(guò)高、環(huán)境溫度過(guò)高(40℃以上)、使用流量超過(guò)額定處理空氣量、電壓波動(dòng)超過(guò)±10%、通風(fēng)太差(冬季也要換氣,否則室溫也會(huì)升高)等情況下,保護(hù)電路會(huì)發(fā)生作用,指示燈滅,停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)SMC干燥器分類SMC干燥器可以分為以下兩大類:1、SMC冷凍式干燥器(IDF和IDU系列):利用冷媒與壓縮空氣進(jìn)行熱交換,把壓縮空氣冷卻至2~10℃的范圍,以除去壓縮齊齊中的水分(水蒸氣成分)。IDF為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型,IDU為高溫型;另外IDUS和IDFS為帶不銹鋼熱交換器型。2、SMC吸附式干燥器(ID系列):利用其中的吸附劑對(duì)水分具有高壓吸附、低壓脫附的特性進(jìn)行干燥。3、SMC高分子膜式干燥器(IDG系列):利用高分子中空隔膜只讓水蒸氣通過(guò),空氣中的氮?dú)夂脱鯕獠荒芡ㄟ^(guò)進(jìn)行干燥。2、SMC冷凍式干燥器分類SMC冷凍式干燥器可以分為以下幾種類型:1、IDF為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型冷凍式干燥器,壓縮空氣的進(jìn)口溫度上限為50℃,不帶后冷卻器。2、IDU為高溫型冷凍式干燥器,壓縮空氣進(jìn)口溫度上限為80~60℃,干燥器進(jìn)口裝有風(fēng)冷式后冷卻器。3、IDUS和IDFS為帶不銹鋼熱交換器型冷凍式干燥器,改善了防腐蝕性能,且流通能力增大40%,功率消耗減小38%,總尺寸也減小些。[詳細(xì)]
