E+H溫度傳感器工作原理金屬膨脹原理設計的傳感器金屬在環(huán)境溫度變化后會產(chǎn)生一個相應的延伸,因此傳感器可以以不同方式對這種反應進行信號轉換。雙金屬片式傳感器雙金屬片由兩片不同膨脹系數(shù)的金屬貼在一起而組成,隨著溫度變化,材料A比另外一種金屬膨脹程度要高,引起金屬片彎曲。彎曲的曲率可以轉換成一個輸出信號。雙金屬桿和金屬管傳感器隨著溫度升高,金屬管(材料A)長度增加,而不膨脹鋼桿(金屬B)的長度并不增加,這樣由于位置的改變,金屬管的線性膨脹就可以進行傳遞。反過來,這種線性膨脹可以轉換成一個輸出信號。液體和氣體的變形曲線設計的傳感器在溫度變化時,液體和氣體同樣會相應產(chǎn)生體積的變化。多種類型的結構可以把這種膨脹的變化轉換成位置的變化,這樣產(chǎn)生位置的變化輸出(電位計、感應偏差、擋流板等等)。電阻傳感金屬隨著溫度變化,其電阻值也發(fā)生變化。對于不同金屬來說,溫度每變化一度,電阻值變化是不同的,而電阻值又可以直接作為輸出信號。電阻共有兩種變化類型正溫度系數(shù)溫度升高=阻值增加溫度降低=阻值減少負溫度系數(shù)溫度升高=阻值減少溫度降低=阻值增加熱電偶傳感E+H溫度傳感器由兩個不同材料的金屬線組成,在末端焊接在一起。再測出不加熱部位的環(huán)境溫度,就可以準確知道加熱點的溫度。由于它必須有兩種不同材質的導體,所以稱之為熱電偶。不同材質做出的熱電偶使用于不同的溫度范圍,它們的靈敏度也各不相同。熱電偶的靈敏度是指加熱點溫度變化1℃時,輸出電位差的變化量。對于大多數(shù)金屬材料支撐的熱電偶而言,這個數(shù)值大約在5~40微伏/℃之間。[1]由于熱電偶溫度傳感器的靈敏度與材料的粗細無關,用非常細的材料也能夠做成溫度傳感器。也由于制作熱電偶的金屬材料具有很好的延展性,這種細微的測溫元件有極高的響應速度,可以測量快速變化的過程。此產(chǎn)品信息版權歸上海維特銳所有,如想詳細了解請點擊:E+H溫度傳感器

- E+H電磁流量計的技術資料 勝利油田各注水站使用的注水流量計多為電磁流量計,數(shù)量大約400多臺,口徑從DN100~DN400不等,其中多數(shù)為DN300。一般自安裝使用后,從來沒有檢定過,造成注水量計量誤差大。根據(jù)對勝利油田孤島采油廠、現(xiàn)河采油廠、勝利采油廠、東辛采油廠的調研,注水誤差基本在10%~20%,因配水間的小口徑注水儀表大部分定期進行檢定,因此計算水量誤差時,以配水間井口水量為準。流量計沒有定期檢定的原因:一是目前勝利油田沒有對大口徑流量計進行檢定的裝置;二是外送檢定綜合費用高;三是流量計的拆裝麻煩。 流量計不能定期檢定,使得注水站打出去的水量無法準確計量,造成油井多注或欠注,注水量多了,會造成地層紊亂,采出液含水量明顯上升;注水量少了,會造成地層壓力下降,采不出液量。可見,注水量的準確計量直接影響到油田生產(chǎn)大局,對油田穩(wěn)產(chǎn)高產(chǎn)起到十分重要的作用。同時油田每年都對各采油廠進行注水系統(tǒng)效率測試,測試時需采用注水量參數(shù),由于注水儀表誤差大,測出的注水量不準,系統(tǒng)效率必然不準,使管理部門不能及時掌握準確的生產(chǎn)工況。另外隨著油田在勘探開發(fā)領域全面推行數(shù)字化管理,也需要準確可靠的基礎數(shù)據(jù)?! 榱私o油田開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)管理部門提供準確可靠的**手資料,使他們及時掌握原油生產(chǎn)動態(tài),開發(fā)適合油田的大口徑注水流量計在線測試裝置就顯得十分重要。這種裝置應具備操作方便、測量范圍寬、準確度高、維修容易等特點,為油田的大口徑注水流量計測試提供一條行之有效的途徑?! 〖夹g方案 通過技術咨詢和現(xiàn)場調研,對解決注水站注水流量誤差大的問題提出了3種技術方案:一是建立大口徑流量計的檢定裝置,離線檢定注水流量計;二是用超聲波流量計在線測試流量計;三是用注水站注水罐在線測試流量計?! ∪绻捶桨敢唤⒁惶状罂趶搅髁坑嫏z定裝置,存在著裝置投資大(每套裝置費用200萬左右)、回收期長等問題,而且非實液檢定會帶來一定的檢定誤差,另外檢定一臺流量計必須兩拆兩卸,大口徑流量計的拆裝難度相當大。因此方案一不易實施?! ∪绻捶桨付嵤F(xiàn)場技術條件難以滿足要求。一是現(xiàn)有管線都存在不同程度的腐蝕、生銹或結垢問題,管壁厚度不均,前后直管段難以滿足超聲波流量計安裝條件;二是各個注水站的污水成分不相同,超聲波在不同成分的污水中的傳播速度也不相同,給準確測量帶來一定難度;三是采用超聲波檢測方法的現(xiàn)場改造投資較大。因此方案二難以實施?! ∪绻捶桨溉龑嵤?,采用注水罐在線測試注水流量計,按照檢定規(guī)程對注水站內的注水罐進行容積檢定,能夠保證700m3以上的注水罐的準確度等級達到0.1級。這樣充分利用注水站現(xiàn)有的注水罐作為測試流量計的標準器,節(jié)約了投資,并且不需要流程改造,因此推薦采用方案三?! 。?)對站內注水罐進行容積檢定,得到注水罐容積表。具體步驟按照JJG1681987立式金屬罐容量檢定規(guī)程操作; ?。?)用注水罐在線檢定注水流量計,得出流量計測量誤差。具體步驟按照JJG1981994速度式流量計檢定規(guī)程操作?! ‖F(xiàn)場實驗 1實驗原理 目前,油田注水站安裝的注水流量計準確度等級大多為1級,Z高等級為0.5級,選擇某一注水站進行現(xiàn)場實驗,該站的注水流量計為檢定合格的0.5級流量計,用由注水罐組成的標準裝置在線測試該注水流量計,若得出的測試結果與該流量計檢定證書一致(流量計的準確度等級為0.5級),證明注水罐可以作為在線測試注水流量計的標準容器,由注水罐組成的標準裝置可以在線測試準確度等級為0.5級的注水流量計。否則,注水罐就不能作為標準器對現(xiàn)場注水流量計進行在線測試?! ?實驗方法 實驗結合現(xiàn)場實際工況,采用對站內注水罐進行容積檢定,得到注水罐容積表。然后用注水罐組成的檢定裝置在線檢測經(jīng)計量檢定部門檢定合格的0.5級電磁流量計,得出該電磁流量計的有關技術指標,與檢定證書上的數(shù)據(jù)進行比較?! ?實驗內容及結果 在東辛采油廠采油一礦辛四注水站4號注水管線上,安裝了經(jīng)計量檢定部門檢定合格的0.5級的電磁流量計,由注水罐組成的標準裝置對該流量計進行在線測試。經(jīng)過半個月的現(xiàn)場試驗,測試結果為:該電磁流量計的基本誤差為1.65%,未達到≤0.5%的要求?! ⊥ㄟ^對實驗數(shù)據(jù)進行分析研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)每次試驗的**組數(shù)據(jù)誤差都比較大,其原因是測試人員在疏導完流程,將注水罐進出口閥門調整結束后,立即到罐頂檢測**組數(shù),這時注水罐進水閘門剛關閉,罐內的液位還未穩(wěn)定,造成**組檢尺數(shù)據(jù)誤差大。針對以上問題,項目組對試驗過程進行了改進,測試人員在調整好流程后,穩(wěn)定10min再檢測**組數(shù)據(jù),這樣測試數(shù)據(jù)的重復性較好。試驗方法改進后,在辛四注進行了一個月的現(xiàn)場試驗,測出的數(shù)據(jù)誤差達到了≤0.5%的要求, 勝利油田現(xiàn)有的大口徑注水流量計基本上都存在計量誤差大,無法在油田檢定,外出送檢工作量大,成本高等問題。通過對孤島、勝采、東辛、現(xiàn)河幾個采油廠的注水站打出去的水量與配水間注入地下的水量進行對比,可以看出注水流量誤差很大,Zda的為22.6%,Z小為12.8%。針對以上問題,提出了注水站注水流量計在線測試方法。通過在東辛采油一礦辛四注水站近3個月的現(xiàn)場實驗,取得了較理想的實驗效果。該測試方法在油田推廣應用具有以下幾方面的優(yōu)勢: (1)解決了注水站注水流量計的在線檢測問題,減少了送檢費用?! 。?)不用對注水站現(xiàn)有流程進行任何改造,基本不會對現(xiàn)場實際生產(chǎn)造成影響,可操作性強,節(jié)省了現(xiàn)場流程改造費用?! 。?)油田每年都要對各采油廠的注水系統(tǒng)效率進行測試,其中用到注水流量這一數(shù)據(jù),注水量的準確與否直接影響著注水系統(tǒng)效率的準確性。用研制出來的測試系統(tǒng)能夠比較準確地測出流量計的注水量,可以為系統(tǒng)效率測試提供可靠的流量數(shù)據(jù)。 ?。?)在這套測試系統(tǒng)中,實際只用到注水罐6m以上的容積量,底部的容積對測試沒有影響,因此不用對現(xiàn)場的注水罐清罐就能進行容積檢定(只需用“外測圍尺法"測出罐的基本外直徑,用“具導軌光學徑向測量儀"測出各圈板與基本外直徑的徑向偏差,超聲波測厚儀測出各圈板罐壁厚度,用標準鋼卷尺測出各圈板的高度等基本參數(shù)),并能保證使用段罐的容積的準確度等級達到0.1%?! 。?)油田注水流程都是由設計院按照注水規(guī)范統(tǒng)一設計的,具有通用性。因此在東辛采油廠的實驗也適用于其他采油廠。 結論及認識 1結論 ?。?)通過實驗可知,0.5級的電磁流量計經(jīng)由注水罐組成的標準裝置在線測試,得出電磁流量計的誤差為<0.5%,因此用注水罐組成的標準裝置在線測試注水流量計滿足量值傳遞要求,是可行的?! 。?)用注水罐組成的標準裝置對大口徑注水流量計進行在線測試時間應在每年的5~10月之間,否則天氣太冷注水罐內的浮油凝固厚度不均勻,給檢尺帶來較大的誤差?! ?認識 利用注水罐在線測試大口徑流量計,要求測試人員做好以下幾方面工作: ?。?)數(shù)據(jù)的一致性。現(xiàn)場測試時由于沒有自動控制裝置,只能通過秒表計時,在同一時刻進行注水罐檢尺和讀取流量計示值。這要求檢測人員要有高度的責任心?! 。?)動態(tài)檢尺。在測試過程中由于是動態(tài)檢尺,所以測試人員要具備較好的操作技能,保證起點、終點下放檢尺的速度一致,減少系統(tǒng)誤差?! 。?)注水罐進出口閥門的密封性。需要保證注注水罐進出口閥門的密封性,防止測試過程中水再進入注水罐,影響測試準確性。E+H電磁流量計的技術資料[詳細]
