  本文采用 Acclaim Mixed-Mode WAX-1 色譜柱配合 CAD 檢測器，測定益母草顆粒、益母草膏中鹽酸水蘇堿的含量，以乙腈-甲酸銨溶液為流動(dòng)相進(jìn)行梯度洗脫，在 HILIC 和 WAX 雙重作用機(jī)理下，增強(qiáng)了對鹽酸水蘇堿的保留能力，可有效與供試品溶液中的雜質(zhì)峰分離。同時(shí)，采用 Acclaim Mixed-Mode WCX-1色譜柱配合 DAD 檢測器，測定益母草顆粒、益母草膏中鹽酸益母草堿的含量，以乙腈-甲酸銨溶液為流動(dòng)相進(jìn)行等度洗脫，在RP 和 WCX 雙重作用機(jī)理下，增強(qiáng)了對鹽酸益母草堿的保留能力，可有效與供試品溶液中的雜質(zhì)峰分離。在兩種不同的分析方法下，鹽酸水蘇堿和鹽酸益母草堿的峰形優(yōu)異，柱效卓越，避免了復(fù)雜基質(zhì)的干擾，可實(shí)現(xiàn)準(zhǔn)確的定性和定量，助力益母草相關(guān)品種的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提高。[詳細(xì)]
