- 德國E+H壓力變送器技術(shù)資料壓力變送器根據(jù)以下幾點(diǎn)選型:(1)測量范圍、需要的精度及測量功能;(2)測量儀表面對的環(huán)境,如石油化工的工業(yè)環(huán)境,有可燃(有毒)和爆炸危險(xiǎn)氣氛的存在,有較高的環(huán)境溫度等;(3)被測介質(zhì)的物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)和狀態(tài),如強(qiáng)酸、強(qiáng)堿、粘稠、易凝固結(jié)晶和氣化等工況;(4)操作條件的變化,如介質(zhì)溫度、壓力、濃度的變化。有時(shí)還要考慮到從開車到參數(shù)達(dá)到正常生產(chǎn)時(shí),氣相和液相濃度和密度的變化;(5)被測對象容器的結(jié)構(gòu)、形狀、尺寸、容器內(nèi)的設(shè)備附件及各種進(jìn)出口料管口都要考慮,如塔、溶液槽、反應(yīng)器、鍋爐汽包、立罐、球罐等;(6)其他要求,如環(huán)保及衛(wèi)生等要求;(7)工程儀表選型要有統(tǒng)一的考慮,要求盡可能地減少品種規(guī)格,減少備品備件,以利管理;(8)工藝ZL商的具體要求。(9)實(shí)際的工藝情況:①考慮被測對象是屬于哪一類設(shè)備。如槽、罐類,槽的容積較小,測量范圍不會(huì)太大,罐的容積較大,測量范圍可能較大;②要看介質(zhì)的物化性質(zhì)及潔凈程度,常規(guī)的差壓式變送器及浮筒式液位變送器,還要對接觸介質(zhì)部分的材質(zhì)進(jìn)行選擇;③對有些懸浮物、泡沫等介質(zhì)可用單法蘭式差壓變送器。有些易析出、易結(jié)晶的用插入式雙法蘭式差壓變送器;④對高黏度的介質(zhì)的液位及高壓設(shè)備的液位,由于設(shè)備無法開孔,可選用放射液位計(jì)來測量;⑤除了測量方法上和技術(shù)上問題外,還有儀表投資問題。綜上所述,變送器的選型,從技術(shù)上要可行,經(jīng)濟(jì)上要合理,管理上要方便。2壓力變送器的選型方法從物理學(xué)角度看,任何一個(gè)物體上受到的壓力都應(yīng)包括大氣壓力和被測介質(zhì)的壓力(一般稱為表壓)兩部分。作用在被測物體上這兩部分壓力總和稱為壓力。P絕=P表+大氣壓測量壓力的儀表稱為絕壓表。對于普通的工業(yè)壓力表測量的都是表壓值,也就是壓力與大氣壓的壓差值。當(dāng)壓力大于大氣壓值時(shí)測得的表壓值為正值,稱為正表壓;當(dāng)壓力小于大氣壓值時(shí)測得的表壓值為負(fù)值,稱為負(fù)表壓,即真空度。測量真空度的儀表稱為真空表。①為了保證壓力測量精度,Z小壓力測量值應(yīng)高于壓力表測量量程的1/3;②對需遠(yuǎn)距離測量或測量精度要求較高的場合,應(yīng)選擇壓力傳感器或壓力變送器;③在測量精度要求不高時(shí),可選擇電阻或電感式、霍爾效應(yīng)式遠(yuǎn)傳壓力表;④氣動(dòng)基地式壓力指示調(diào)節(jié)器適宜作就地壓力指示調(diào)節(jié);⑤壓力變送器、壓力開關(guān)應(yīng)根據(jù)安裝場所防爆要求合理選擇。3壓力表的選型(1)量程選擇在測穩(wěn)定壓力時(shí),一般壓力表Zda量程選擇接近或大于正常壓力測量值的1.5倍;在測脈動(dòng)壓力時(shí),一般壓力表Zda量程選擇接近或大于正常壓力測量值的2倍;在測機(jī)泵出口壓力時(shí),一般壓力表Zda量程選擇接近機(jī)泵出口Zda壓力值;在測高壓壓力時(shí),一般壓力表Zda量程選擇應(yīng)大于Zda壓力測量值的1.7倍;為了保證壓力測量精度,Z小壓力測量值應(yīng)高于壓力表測量量程的1/3。(2)型式選擇測壓>0.4MPa時(shí),可選用彈簧管壓力表;測壓<0.04MPa時(shí),可選用波紋管和膜盒壓力表;測粘稠、易結(jié)晶、腐蝕性、含固體顆粒的場合,可采用膜片壓力表或附帶化學(xué)密封裝置;測蒸汽或高于60℃的介質(zhì)壓力測量應(yīng)選擇不銹鋼壓力表或安裝冷凝圈;脈動(dòng)壓力測量應(yīng)附加阻尼器或耐震壓力表;測含有粉塵氣體時(shí)應(yīng)設(shè)置除塵器;測含有液體的氣體壓力時(shí)應(yīng)設(shè)置氣液分離器;測某些化工介質(zhì)應(yīng)選用專用壓力表:對含氨介質(zhì)壓力測量采用氨用壓力表,對含氧氣壓力測量采用氧氣壓力表,對乙炔壓力測量采用乙炔壓力表,對含硫介質(zhì)壓力采用抗硫壓力表;高壓壓力表(大于10MPa)應(yīng)有泄壓安全設(shè)施。我們公司代理以下優(yōu)勢品牌:1.品牌:、德國力士樂REXROTH、德國費(fèi)斯托FESTO、德國寶德BURKERT、德國賀德克HYDAC、德國倍加福P+F、德國圖爾克TURCK、德國施克SICK、德國易福門IFM、德國GSR、德國PILZ、德國巴魯夫BALLUFF、EPRO.,德國西門子。德國哈威HAWE等2.美國阿斯卡ASCO、美國派克PARKER、美國威格士VICKERS、、美國MAC、美國紐曼蒂克NUMATICS.3.意大利ATOS、意大利杰弗倫GEFRAN、英國海隆諾冠、法國高諾斯等.4.日本CKD\日本SMC、日本豐興、日本大金、日本不二越、日本黑田精工、日本太陽鐵工、東京美我公司在德國及美國都有注冊公司,直接與國外廠家合作,價(jià)格和貨期都有非常好的優(yōu)勢,產(chǎn)品保證原裝的,各新老客戶有需要隨時(shí)可聯(lián)系謝小姐。[詳細(xì)]
