- 微波物位計,俗稱雷達(Radar)物位計,雷達是英文RadioDetectionandRaging(無線電檢測與測距)首字母的縮寫詞。德國恩德斯豪斯E+H雷達物位計已成為物位測量儀表市場上的主流產(chǎn)品,主要分為德國恩德斯豪斯E+H雷達物位計和導波德國恩德斯豪斯E+H雷達物位計德國恩德斯豪斯E+H雷達物位計發(fā)射功率很低的極短的微波通過天線系統(tǒng)發(fā)射并接收。雷達波以光速運行。運行時間可以通過電子部件被轉(zhuǎn)換成物位信號。一種特殊的時間延伸方法可以確保極短時間內(nèi)穩(wěn)定和極ng確的測量。即使存在虛假反射的時候,Zxin的微處理技術和軟件也可以準確地分析出物位回波。通過輸入容器尺寸,可以將上空距離值轉(zhuǎn)換成與物位成正比的信號。儀表可以空倉調(diào)試。在固體測量中的應用可以使用K-頻段的高頻傳感器。由于信號的聚焦效果非常好,料倉內(nèi)的安裝物或倉壁的粘附物都不會影響測量。導波德國恩德斯豪斯E+H雷達物位計導波德國恩德斯豪斯E+H雷達物位計的微波脈沖沿著一根纜、棒或包含一根棒的同軸套管運行,接觸到被測介質(zhì)后,微波脈沖被反射回來,并被電子部件接收,并分析計算其運行時間。微處理器識別物位回波,分析計算后將它轉(zhuǎn)換成物位信號給出。由于測量原理簡單,可以不帶料調(diào)整,從而節(jié)省了大量調(diào)試費用。測量纜或棒可以截短,使之更加適應現(xiàn)場的應用。對于蒸汽不敏感,即使在煙霧、噪音、蒸汽很強烈的情況下,測量精度也不受到影響。不受介質(zhì)特性變化的影響,被測介質(zhì)的密度變化或介電常數(shù)的變化不會影響測量精度。粘附:沒有問題,在測量探頭或容器壁上粘附介質(zhì)不會影響測量結果。容器內(nèi)安裝物如果采用同軸套管式的測量完全不受容器內(nèi)安裝物的影響,不需要特殊調(diào)試。可以提供不同形式的探頭用于不同應用:纜式,用于測量液體介質(zhì)或重量大的固體介質(zhì),量程可達60米;棒式,用于測量液體介質(zhì)或重量輕的固體介質(zhì),量程可達6米;同軸套管,用于測量低黏度的介質(zhì),不受過程條件的影響,量程可達6米。德國恩德斯豪斯E+H雷達物位計采用微波脈沖的測量方法,并可在工業(yè)頻率波段范圍內(nèi)正常,波束能量低,可安裝于各種金屬、非金屬容器或管道內(nèi),對液體、漿料及顆粒料的物位進行非接觸式連續(xù)測量。適用于粉塵、溫度、壓力變化大,有惰性氣體及蒸汽存在的場合。德國恩德斯豪斯E+H雷達物位計對人體及環(huán)境均無傷害,還具有不受介質(zhì)比重的影響,不受介電常數(shù)變化的影響,不需要現(xiàn)場校調(diào)等優(yōu)點,不論是對工業(yè)需要,還是對顧客經(jīng)濟實惠的考慮,都是不錯的選擇。工作原理微波物位計工作方式類似雷達:向被測目標發(fā)射微波,由目標反射的回波返回發(fā)射器被接收,與發(fā)射波進行比較,確定目標存在并計算出發(fā)射器到目標的距離。組成部分儀表部分環(huán)境溫度:-20-60℃供電電源:AC220V±10%50Hz測量精度:0.5%功耗:≤3W模擬輸出:4-20mA,負載能力≤550Ω繼電器輸出:4組繼電器轉(zhuǎn)換接點(AC220V2A)安裝方式:盤裝開孔152(寬)×76(高)壁掛尺寸210(寬)×280(長)×110(厚)德國恩德斯豪斯E+H雷達物位計探極部分介質(zhì)溫度:-40-240℃?zhèn)鬏斁嚯x:傳感器和儀表之間的信號傳輸距離小于1.2km探極種類:棒式、纜式、同軸式、重型纜式安裝尺寸:G1.5管螺紋倉內(nèi)壓力:小于4MPa德國恩德斯豪斯E+H雷達物位計通用電容式物位計實現(xiàn)了電容式物位計進料一次完成標定的簡易操作;從而實現(xiàn)了物位測量的強功能與易操作的wan美結合,充分體現(xiàn)了我司與時俱進的創(chuàng)新精神和能力。它由傳感器和二次儀表兩部份組成。傳感器放在料倉頂,探極垂直伸進料倉內(nèi),二次儀表放在其他合適的地方。傳感器把物位的變化轉(zhuǎn)變成與之對應的電脈沖信號,遠傳給二次儀表處理,再用光柱顯示物位高度,并有高/低限報警和4~20mA變送輸出,適用于液體/固體物料作物位高度顯示、報警、控制和遠傳顯示或組成系統(tǒng)。工作電源:AC220V±10%或DC24V功耗:5W顯示方式:光柱顯示測量精度:≤±1%FS傳感器防護等級:IP65儀表工作環(huán)境溫度:-40~45℃探極工作(介質(zhì))溫度:普通型:-20~60℃中溫型:-40~200℃高溫型:-40~800℃介質(zhì)壓力:壓力型≤3MPa(其余型號為常壓)傳感器與二次儀表的連線及距離:距離<200m,用直徑1.5mm以上的導線(**是雙絞線)連接,每條導線電阻應小于3歐姆檢測范圍:≤11000p報警輸出方式:兩組繼電器常開、常閉觸點,對應高、低兩點輸出,分別可選物位的90%、80%、70%和30%、20%、10%,出廠是置于80%和20%處。(觸點容量AC250V,0.3A;DC28V,0.;電阻負載)變送輸出:4~20mA二次儀表外型尺寸:48(寬)×96(高)×112(深)二次儀表開孔尺寸:43+1(寬)×91+1(高)德國恩德斯豪斯E+H雷達物位計選型事項雷達和多數(shù)的測量儀表一樣,選型無非是以下三個方面:介質(zhì)特性方面有無腐蝕性、粘附性如何、磨損力度如何、介電常數(shù)如何等等,根據(jù)這些選擇纜繩的類型和儀表特征容器、環(huán)境特性方面容器尺寸如何、是否有障礙物或者攪拌、安裝要求如何、量程、結構、環(huán)境是否需要防爆控制要求方面要什么信號輸出?是否需要就地顯示?精度有何要求?分辨力?供電要兩線還是4線?參照下圖左側(cè)參數(shù)就非常清晰選擇了。德國恩德斯豪斯E+H雷達物位計技術方案連續(xù)調(diào)頻(FMCW)技術連續(xù)調(diào)頻(FMCW)技術測量物位是將傳播時間轉(zhuǎn)換成頻差的方式,通過測量頻率來代替直接測量時差,來計算目標距離。發(fā)射一個頻率被線性調(diào)制的微波連續(xù)信號,頻率線性上升(下降),所接收到的回波信號頻率也是線性上升(下降)的,兩者的頻率差將比例于離目標的距離。頻率被調(diào)制的信號通過天線向容器中被測物料面發(fā)射,被接收的回波頻率信號和一部分發(fā)射頻率信號混合,產(chǎn)生的差頻信號被濾波及放大,然后進行快速傅利葉變換(FFT)分析,F(xiàn)FT分析產(chǎn)生一個頻譜,在此頻譜上處理回波并確認回波。脈沖波技術脈沖波測距是由天線向被測物料面發(fā)射一個微波脈沖,當接收到被測物料面上反射回來的回波后,測量兩者時間差(即微波脈沖的行程時間),來計算物料面的距離。微波發(fā)射和返回之間的時差很小,對于幾米的行程時間要以納秒來計量。脈沖測距采用規(guī)則的周期重復信號,并重復頻率(RPF)高。德國恩德斯豪斯E+H雷達物位計測量原理調(diào)頻連續(xù)波德國恩德斯豪斯E+H雷達物位計在測量過程中應用了按照線性變化的高頻信號,德國恩德斯豪斯E+H雷達物位計的信號從天線發(fā)出,在被測量平面反射,回波被天線接收。德國恩德斯豪斯E+H雷達物位計信號的發(fā)出與回波接收的頻率差被用于進一步的信號處理,頻率差對應于測量距離。一個大的頻率差應對于一個較大的測量距離。通過FFT頻率差被轉(zhuǎn)化為頻譜差,進而換算出測量距離。物位與測量距離的差別取決于空罐的高度。發(fā)射能量很低的極短的微波脈沖通過天線系統(tǒng)發(fā)射并接收。即使工況比較復雜的情況下,存在虛假回波,用Zxin的微處理技術和調(diào)試軟件也可以準確的分析出物位的回波。輸入天線接收反射的微波脈沖并將其傳輸給電子線路:D=C×T/2其中C為光速因空罐的距離E已知,則物位L為:L=E-D輸出通過輸入空罐高度E(=零點),滿罐高度F(=滿量程)及一些應用參數(shù)來設定,應用參數(shù)將自動使儀表適應測量環(huán)境。對應于4-20mA輸出。應用介質(zhì)德國恩德斯豪斯E+H雷達物位計適用于對液體、漿料及顆粒料的物位進行非接觸式連續(xù)測量,適用于溫度、壓力變化大;有惰性氣體及揮發(fā)存在的場合。采用微波脈沖的測量方法,并可在工業(yè)頻率波段范圍內(nèi)正常工作。波束能量較低,可安裝于各種金屬、非金屬容器或管道內(nèi),對人體及環(huán)境均無傷害。局限性影響雷達性能的是介電常數(shù),理論上在真空中雷達衰減極小,當空氣中存在對雷達衰減物質(zhì),例如:高介電性的粉塵粉末(石墨,鐵合金等),水蒸氣很大,測量距離效果要受影響。被測介質(zhì)的揮發(fā)氣體會在天線上聚集,水蒸汽會在天線上聚結,此時會影響雷達波的發(fā)射,嚴重時雷達波不能發(fā)出。被測介質(zhì)的介電常數(shù)不能太小。盡管溫度和壓力對雷達影響極小,但雷達天線是由材料做成的,雷達可適應溫度的壓力的范圍與使用的材料和密封結構有關。[詳細]

E+H液位傳感器選型資料
- 如何選擇合適的E+HE+H液位傳感器在自動化生產(chǎn)過程中,液位檢測和監(jiān)控一直扮演著較為重要的角色,如食品飲料、日化品、醫(yī)藥、半導體等行業(yè)的生產(chǎn),各種機器的冷卻和潤滑等,液位的監(jiān)控直接影響著產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量,甚至關系到生產(chǎn)過程是否能夠順利進行。同時隨著自動化程度的增加,為了保障產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的一致性,生產(chǎn)過程直接由人工監(jiān)控和干預的時代亦已遠去,傳感器的重要性亦越加明顯,并且越來越多地參與至程序系統(tǒng)的設計中,不再是簡單的機械式、粗略式的監(jiān)控;故其要求除了檢測的可靠性、穩(wěn)定性,同時要求安裝、調(diào)試簡單化、尺寸緊湊化、應用多樣化等。另外,由于液位檢測環(huán)境的復雜性和多變性,也為傳感器的應用帶來了不同挑戰(zhàn)。例如:高粘度液體高度檢測、含雜質(zhì)的廢水液位監(jiān)控、帶泡沫的液位高度測量、高腐蝕性液體高度報警等等。目前,市場上針對不同的應用,提供了多種有效的解決方案,但如何選擇合適、性價比高的傳感器一直是讓工程師們頭痛的問題。常見的液位檢測方式:為了選擇**的E+H液位傳感器,我們不但需要了解被測液體的屬性和狀態(tài),同時,也要知道不同的檢測方式的優(yōu)點與局限性,從而才能選出Z合適的傳感器。以下為目前市場上Z常見的檢測技術。激光測量:激光類傳感器基于光學檢測原理,通過物體表面反射光線至接收器進行檢測,其光斑較小且集中,易于安裝、校準,靈活性好,可應用于散料或液位的連續(xù)或者限位報警等;但其不適合應用于透明液體(透明液體容易折射光線,導致光線無法反射至接收器),含泡沫或者蒸汽環(huán)境(無法穿透泡沫或者容易受到蒸汽干擾),波動性液體(容易造成誤動作),振動環(huán)境等。TDR(時域反射)/導波雷達/微波原理測量:其名稱在行業(yè)內(nèi)有多種不同的叫法,其具備了激光測量的好處,如:易于安裝、校準,靈活性好等,另外其更優(yōu)于激光檢測,如無需重復校準和多功能輸出等,其適用于各種含泡沫的液位檢測,不受液體顏色影響,甚至可應用于高粘性液體,受外部環(huán)境干擾相對小,但其測量高度一般小于6米。超聲波測量:由于其原理為通過檢測超聲波發(fā)送與反射的時間差來計算液位高度,故容易受到超聲波傳播的能量損耗影響。其亦具備安裝容易、靈活性高等特點,通??砂惭b于高處進行非接觸式測量。但當使用于含蒸汽、粉層等環(huán)境時,檢測距離將會明顯縮短,不建議使用在吸波環(huán)境,如泡沫等。音叉振動測量:音叉式測量僅為開關量輸出,不能用于連續(xù)性監(jiān)控液體高度。其原理為:當液體或者散料填充兩個振動叉時,共振頻率改變時,依靠檢測頻率改變而發(fā)出開關信號。其可用于高粘度液體或者固體散料的高度監(jiān)控,主要為防溢報警、低液位報警等,不提供模擬量輸出,另外,多數(shù)情況下需要開孔安裝于容器側(cè)面。光電折射式測量:該檢測方式通過傳感器內(nèi)部發(fā)出光源,光源通過透明樹脂全反射至傳感器接受器,但遇到液面時,部分光線將折射至液體,從而傳感器檢測全反射回來光量值的減少來監(jiān)控液面。該檢測方式便宜,安裝、調(diào)試簡單,但僅能應用于透明液體,同時只輸出開關量信號。靜壓式測量:該測量方式采用安裝于底部的壓力傳感器,通過檢測底部液體壓力,轉(zhuǎn)換計算出液位高度,其底部液體壓力參考值為與頂部連通的大氣壓或者已知氣壓。該檢測方式要求采用高精度、齊平式壓力傳感器,同時換算過程需要不斷進行校準,其優(yōu)點為可檢測不受液位高度限制,但高度越高,傳感器精度要求越高,長時間使用或者更換液體時需要重復校準。電容式測量:電容式測量主要通過檢測由于液面或者散料高度變化而導致的電容值變化來測量料位高度。其具有多種類型,有可輸出模擬量的電容式液位計,液位電容式接近開關,電容式接近開關可以安裝于容器側(cè)面進行非接觸檢測。當選擇必須注意,電容傳感器容易受到不同的容器材質(zhì)和溶液屬性影響,如塑料容器和掛料情況容易影響模擬量輸出的電容傳感器。浮球式檢測:該方式為Z簡單、Z古老的檢測方式,價格相對便宜。主要是通過浮球的上下升降來檢測液面的變化,其為機械式檢測,檢測精度容易受浮力影響,重復精度差,不同液體需要重新校準。不適用于粘稠性或者含雜質(zhì)液體,容易造成浮球堵塞,同時,不符合食品衛(wèi)生行業(yè)的應用要求。如何選擇**的測量方式當我們了解了不同檢測方式的優(yōu)缺點以后,對于E+H液位傳感器的選擇也逐漸有了清晰的概念。(具體可參考下圖表格)首先,在開始選擇之前,必須先清楚我們需要傳感器達到哪些功能?是屬于開關量輸出還是模擬量輸出?通常開關量/數(shù)字量輸出用于報警或者保護作用,例如灌裝時防溢報警、低液位防泵空轉(zhuǎn)保護等;模擬量輸出主要用于過程控制,包括灌裝容量、液位顯示、加料速度控制等。大家應該都知道怎么選用了吧,如果還不知道的請來電咨詢我![詳細]

- E+H雷達物位計的**選擇雷達物位計是物位儀表中的一種,并且其自身種類也較多。雷達因為測量不受溫度、壓力的影響,在工業(yè)環(huán)境中被廣泛使用。因為工業(yè)現(xiàn)場的工況有很多,有一種工況就是在罐子內(nèi)有大量的蒸汽,造成雷達測量不準,或者不穩(wěn)定。因此想要測量結果極ng準,那么就需要根據(jù)根據(jù)不同的應用場合選擇正確類型的雷達物位計測量。下面就為大家介紹雷達物位計的選擇:一、首先選擇水滴形天線的高頻雷達液位計或者水滴形天線的高頻雷達物位計。頻率:26GHz。水滴形天線的結構,就適合于在蒸汽大,結露厲害的場合。他能夠在蒸汽大的場合很好地工作。連接方式為DN100的法蘭。二、沒有水滴形天線的情況下,如果是非接觸式測量,在高頻雷達液位計和低頻雷達液位計之間,要選擇低頻雷達液位計。低頻雷達頻率低,他對蒸汽的穿透性能要好于高頻雷達,同樣的量程下,就要選擇低頻雷達來測量。我們就在蒸發(fā)罐、蒸汽加熱罐內(nèi),多次應用低頻雷達來測量。如果罐體的高度比較小的話,要注意:低頻雷達的盲區(qū)有0.5-0.6米,會比高頻雷達0.3米的盲區(qū)要大。如果罐子內(nèi)還會抽真空,或者有攪拌,那就建議加裝導波管,雷達裝在導波管內(nèi),通過導波管來測量罐內(nèi)液體的高度。三、如果出于成本考慮,可以選擇導波雷達液位計。導波雷達液位計是接觸式測量,用纜繩或者金屬桿跟被測量液體直接接觸,電磁波是在纜繩上傳播,蒸汽對測量不產(chǎn)生影響。在有大量蒸汽的環(huán)境中,如果是敞口的水池、罐子,就是蒸汽大也不會影響到雷達物位計的測量。只有在密閉的罐體內(nèi),大量蒸汽才會對雷達的測量產(chǎn)生影響,因此我們現(xiàn)在都以密閉的罐體或者料倉為測量環(huán)境。[詳細]
