- 我公司代理銷售E+H電磁流量計,我公司有非常多的現(xiàn)貨型號,但是很多客戶在使用的過程中并沒有按照操作規(guī)程,導致在后期的使用中出現(xiàn)問題,下面我們就簡單的說明一下關于E+H電磁流量計的操作使用提出具體的文獻,以供大家參開說明。E+H電磁流量計的特點1、測量不受流體密度、粘度、溫度、壓力和電導率變化的影響;2、測量管內(nèi)無阻礙流動部件,無壓損,直管段要求較低。對漿液測量有獨特的適應性;3、合理選擇傳感器襯里和電極材料,即具有良好的耐腐蝕和耐磨損性;4、轉換器采用新穎勵磁方式,功耗低、零點穩(wěn)定、極ng確度高。流量范圍度可達150:1;5、轉換器可與傳感器組成一體型或分離型;6、轉換器采用16位高性能微處理器,2x16LCD顯示,參數(shù)設定方便,編程可靠;7、E+H電磁流量計為雙向測量系統(tǒng),內(nèi)裝三個積算器:正向總量、反向總量及差值總量;可顯示正、反流量,并具有多種輸出:電流、脈沖、數(shù)字通訊、HART;8、轉換器采用表面安裝技術(SMT),具有自檢和自診斷功能;9、測量精度不受流體密度、粘度、溫度、壓力和電導率變化的影響,傳感器感應電壓信號與平均流速呈線性關系,因此測量精度高。10、測量管道內(nèi)無阻流件,因此沒有附加的壓力損失;測量管道內(nèi)無可動部件,因此傳感器壽命極長。11、由于感應電壓信號是在整個充滿磁場的空間中形成的,是管道載面上的平均值,因此傳感器所需的直管段較短,長度為5倍的管道直徑。12、轉換器采用國際Zxin先進的單片機(MCU)和表面貼裝技術(SMT),性能可靠,精度高,功耗低,零點穩(wěn)定,參數(shù)設定方便。點擊中文顯示LCD,顯示累積流量,瞬時流量、流速、流量百分比等。13、雙向測量系統(tǒng),可測正向流量、反向流量。采用特殊的生產(chǎn)工藝和優(yōu)質(zhì)材料,確保產(chǎn)品的性能在長時候內(nèi)保持穩(wěn)定。E+H電磁流量計的注意事項1、精度等級和功能根據(jù)測量要求和使用場合選擇儀表精度等級,做到經(jīng)濟合算。比如用于貿(mào)易結算、產(chǎn)品交接和能源計量的場合,應該選擇精度等級高些,如1.0級、0.5級,或者更高等級;用于過程控制的場合,根據(jù)控制要求選擇不同精度等級;有些僅僅是檢測一下過程流量,無需做極ng確控制和計量的場合,可以選擇精度等級稍低的,如1.5級、2.5級,甚至4.0級,這時可以選用價格低廉的插入式電磁流量計。2、測量介質(zhì)流速、儀表量程與口徑測量一般的介質(zhì)時,E+H電磁流量計的滿度流量可以在測量介質(zhì)流速0.512m/s范圍內(nèi)選用,范圍比較寬。選擇儀表規(guī)格(口徑)不一定與工藝管道相同,應視測量流量范圍是否在流速范圍內(nèi)確定,即當管道流速偏低,不能滿足流量儀表要求時或者在此流速下測量準確度不能保證時,需要縮小儀表口徑,從而提高管內(nèi)流速,得到滿意測量結果。3、盡量避開鐵磁性物體及具有強電磁場的設備,以免磁場影響傳感器的工作磁場和流量信號。4、應盡量安裝在干燥通風之處,避免日曬雨淋,環(huán)境溫度應在-20~+60℃,相對濕度小于85%。5、流量計周圍應有充裕的空間,便于檢測與維修。E+H電磁流量計的工作原理E+H電磁流量計是根據(jù)法拉第電磁感應定律進行流量測量的流量計。E+H電磁流量計的優(yōu)點是壓損極小,可測流量范圍大。Zda流量與Z小流量的比值一般為20:1以上,適用的工業(yè)管徑范圍寬,Zda可達3m,輸出信號和被測流量成線性,極ng確度較高,可測量電導率≥5μs/cm的酸、堿、鹽溶液、水、污水、腐蝕性液體以及泥漿、礦漿、紙漿等的流體流量。但它不能測量氣體、蒸汽以及純凈水的流量。當導體在磁場中作切割磁力線運動時,在導體中會產(chǎn)生感應電勢,感應電勢的大小與導體在磁場中的有效長度及導體在磁場中作垂直于磁場方向運動的速度成正比。同理,導電流體在磁場中作垂直方向流動而切割磁感應力線時,也會在管道兩邊的電極上產(chǎn)生感應電勢。感應電勢的方向由右手定則判定,感應電勢的大小由下式確定:Ex=BDv-----------------式(1)式中Ex感應電勢,V;B磁感應強度,TD管道內(nèi)徑,mv液體的平均流速,m/s然而體積流量qv等于流體的流速v與管道截面積(πD)/4的乘積,將式(1)代入該式得:Qv=(πD/4B)*Ex---------式(2)由上式可知,在管道直徑D己定且保持磁感應強度B不變時,被測體積流量與感應電勢呈線性關系。若在管道兩側各插入一根電極,就可引入感應電勢Ex,測量此電勢的大小,就可求得體積流量。[詳細]

- 10P系列德國E+H電磁流量計資料分析德國E+H電磁流量計是利用超聲波反射原理檢測常壓或低壓容器內(nèi)液體液位或固體料位的非接觸式物位測量儀表,可廣泛應用于化工、電力、冶金、輕工、水處理等工業(yè)或民用部門的各種液體或固體物位測量,并可以對明渠、堰中的流量進行測量。E+H電磁流量計可以用來測量封閉管道中導電液體或?qū)щ姽桃簝上嘟橘|(zhì)的體積流量。可以廣泛用于油氣石化,化工,電力,水,污水,食品以及冶金等行業(yè);其強大的適用范圍和經(jīng)濟的價格使得它成為Z受歡迎的流量儀表之一。10P系列德國E+H電磁流量計產(chǎn)品性能簡單的測量電流輸出用于顯示流量,脈沖輸出用于驅(qū)動外部累加器或作為狀態(tài)輸出德國E+HPromag10能夠確保所有基本功能的可靠性,安全性和測量值的穩(wěn)定性優(yōu)化的過程控制精度為+0.5%PTFE襯里確保Zda的抗腐蝕性而且耐溫高達130℃在絕大多數(shù)的困難條件下都可進行裝配(例如:軸,震動或長期處于水下),傳感器可不帶傳感器獨立安裝,且保護等級為IP68功能化設計使得維護工作簡單易行,HART、Fieldtool和FieldCheck對設備的核查提供支持,從而不需要移動傳感器在企業(yè)應用E+H電磁流量計的計量實踐中,有些單位的計量人員不注重其選擇與安裝要點,往往達不到計量的預期目的。在此,筆者就E+H電磁流量計的選擇與安裝要點做一探討,供有志提高企業(yè)計量水平的網(wǎng)友切磋。一、S要明確本單位的計量需求應明確的計量需求有若干,主要有:測量介質(zhì),流量m3/h(Z小、工作點、Zda),介質(zhì)溫度℃,介質(zhì)壓力MPa,安裝形式(管道式或插入式)等。二、選用E+H電磁流量計的前提條件1、被測介質(zhì)必須是導電性的液體(即要求被測的流體具有Zdi限度的電導率)。2、被測介質(zhì)不應含有較多的鐵磁性介質(zhì)或大量氣泡。三、應了解E+H電磁流量計的測量原理其測量原理基于法拉第電磁感應定律,即測量流量時流體流過垂直于流動方向的磁場,導電性流體的流動而感應出一個與平均流速(亦稱體積流量)成正比的電壓,該電壓信號通過二個與流體直接接觸的電極檢出,并通過電纜傳送至放大器,然后再將其轉換成一輸出信號。四、應了解E+H電磁流量計的主要特點其主要特點有:⑴測量管內(nèi)基本無壓損,不易堵塞,對漿液類測量具有獨特的適應性;⑵直管段要求低;⑶低頻矩形波勵磁,不受工頻及現(xiàn)場集散干擾的影響,工作穩(wěn)定可靠;⑷變送器軀體可采用全不銹鋼,加裝襯里材料后具有防酸、防堿、防腐蝕能力;⑸現(xiàn)場顯示型轉換器可采用專用的智能芯片,參數(shù)設定方便;⑹變送器內(nèi)部可設自校系統(tǒng),可隨時對變送器常數(shù)及出廠校驗值進行自校,便于調(diào)試和維修;⑺測量范圍寬,滿量程流速設定可在0.3m/s12m/s范圍內(nèi);⑻其插入式可在不斷流狀態(tài)下進行安裝或拆卸;⑼使用范圍廣:可應用于化工、冶金、造紙、食品、石油、城市供水等領域。五、E+H電磁流量計型號的選擇要點1、S要明確是選擇管道式地磁流量計,或是插入式電磁流量計。2、一般情況下選擇現(xiàn)場無顯示型電磁流量計,其輸出的4-20mA(或0-10mA)電流信號至控制室的二次儀表上并可顯示流量和總量。3、若強調(diào)便于現(xiàn)場操作時觀察管道內(nèi)流量,則可選擇現(xiàn)場顯示型電磁流量計。4、在環(huán)境要求或測量精度要求較高時,可選擇安全電壓智能型電磁流量計。5、在200mm以上大管徑測量流量或不斷流狀態(tài)裝拆,可優(yōu)先選擇插入式或增強插入式電磁流量計。六、E+H電磁流量計傳感器口徑的選擇要點1、選擇傳感器的口徑與連接的工藝管道口徑相同,其優(yōu)點是安裝方便(不需異徑管);其前提是管內(nèi)流體的流速須在0.3m/s10m/s范圍內(nèi);其適用狀態(tài)為工程前期使用且管內(nèi)流體流速處于較低狀態(tài)。2、選擇傳感器的口徑與連接的工藝管道口徑不相同,其適用狀態(tài):⑴流速偏低、流量穩(wěn)定:⑵降低性價比:10P系列德國E+H電磁流量計資料分析七、襯里材料的選擇要點根據(jù)本企業(yè)被測介質(zhì)的腐蝕性、磨損性及溫度,由訂購者選定,可參閱各廠家提供的“襯里材料性能及適用范圍表"。八、E+H電磁流量計電極材料的選擇根據(jù)本企業(yè)被測介質(zhì)的腐蝕性,由訂購者選定,可參閱各廠家提供的“電極材料耐腐蝕性能表"。九、防護等級的選擇根據(jù)國標GB4208-84,外殼防護等級有:若儀表安裝在地面以下的且經(jīng)常受水淹的宜選擇潛水型的;若儀表安裝在地表的則宜選擇防噴水型的。十、上限流量的選擇1、一般選擇變送器的通徑與連接的配管通徑相同。由于通徑、流速和流量三者存在著嚴格函數(shù)關系,選擇時可參閱廠家提供的電磁流量計上限流量表,在對應的通徑下選擇上限流量值。2、由于工藝配管內(nèi)流速偏低時而達不到“1"中對應通徑下的Z小上限流量值時,可選擇變送器通徑小于工藝配管的通徑,即在變送器前后加接異徑管。十一、安裝形式的選擇1、整體式:即將流量計的傳感部分和轉換部分裝于一體,優(yōu)點是便于安裝。2、分離式:即將流量計的傳感部分安裝于被測管道上,將轉換部分安裝于便于操作的室內(nèi)。適用于現(xiàn)場環(huán)境差的場合(但其分離長度應小于30m)。十二、接地環(huán)的選擇若連接儀表的管道相對于被測介質(zhì)是絕緣性的,則需選擇用接地環(huán)。十三、球閥的選擇前提對于工藝要求管道內(nèi)流體流量不得停斷的,且要求介質(zhì)不得溢出的場合,則需要加裝球閥。而對于裝拆流量計時允許斷流(或裝拆作業(yè)不影響管道工作)的,則不必加裝球閥而將流量計直接裝在法蘭短管上。十四、E+H電磁流量計的安裝注意要點1、電極軸線必須保持近似水平。2、保證測量管在所有時間必須注滿。3、在管法蘭附近確保留有足夠的螺栓與螺母的安裝空間。4、在安有流量計的管段要有管線支撐,以減少管線運行振動。5、流量計附近應避免強電磁場。6、長管線,應在流量計的下游安裝控制閥和切斷閥。7、如遇“開口饋入或排放"的狀態(tài),應在管道的低區(qū)段安裝儀表。8、以電極軸線為基準,入口直線管段要大于或等于5倍測量管通徑,出口管道要大于或等于2倍測量管通徑。十五、E+H電磁流量計的接地要求傳感器應有良好的單獨接地線(銅芯截面≥16mm2),其接地電阻<10歐姆;若連接傳感器的管道內(nèi)涂有絕緣層或是非金屬管道時,則傳感器兩側應設置接地環(huán)(接地線銅芯截面≥16mm2)。十六、E+H電磁流量計的電纜和電氣連接注意要點分離式的連接電纜(信號傳送及勵磁),從減少干擾和節(jié)約資金角度則越短越好。一般要兼顧介質(zhì)的導電率、勵磁電纜的截面、信號電纜的型號(芯、層、屏蔽)三者的限制。10P系列德國E+H電磁流量計資料分析[詳細]

- E+H電磁流量計的技術資料 勝利油田各注水站使用的注水流量計多為電磁流量計,數(shù)量大約400多臺,口徑從DN100~DN400不等,其中多數(shù)為DN300。一般自安裝使用后,從來沒有檢定過,造成注水量計量誤差大。根據(jù)對勝利油田孤島采油廠、現(xiàn)河采油廠、勝利采油廠、東辛采油廠的調(diào)研,注水誤差基本在10%~20%,因配水間的小口徑注水儀表大部分定期進行檢定,因此計算水量誤差時,以配水間井口水量為準。流量計沒有定期檢定的原因:一是目前勝利油田沒有對大口徑流量計進行檢定的裝置;二是外送檢定綜合費用高;三是流量計的拆裝麻煩。 流量計不能定期檢定,使得注水站打出去的水量無法準確計量,造成油井多注或欠注,注水量多了,會造成地層紊亂,采出液含水量明顯上升;注水量少了,會造成地層壓力下降,采不出液量??梢?,注水量的準確計量直接影響到油田生產(chǎn)大局,對油田穩(wěn)產(chǎn)高產(chǎn)起到十分重要的作用。同時油田每年都對各采油廠進行注水系統(tǒng)效率測試,測試時需采用注水量參數(shù),由于注水儀表誤差大,測出的注水量不準,系統(tǒng)效率必然不準,使管理部門不能及時掌握準確的生產(chǎn)工況。另外隨著油田在勘探開發(fā)領域全面推行數(shù)字化管理,也需要準確可靠的基礎數(shù)據(jù)?! 榱私o油田開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)管理部門提供準確可靠的**手資料,使他們及時掌握原油生產(chǎn)動態(tài),開發(fā)適合油田的大口徑注水流量計在線測試裝置就顯得十分重要。這種裝置應具備操作方便、測量范圍寬、準確度高、維修容易等特點,為油田的大口徑注水流量計測試提供一條行之有效的途徑?! 〖夹g方案 通過技術咨詢和現(xiàn)場調(diào)研,對解決注水站注水流量誤差大的問題提出了3種技術方案:一是建立大口徑流量計的檢定裝置,離線檢定注水流量計;二是用超聲波流量計在線測試流量計;三是用注水站注水罐在線測試流量計?! ∪绻捶桨敢唤⒁惶状罂趶搅髁坑嫏z定裝置,存在著裝置投資大(每套裝置費用200萬左右)、回收期長等問題,而且非實液檢定會帶來一定的檢定誤差,另外檢定一臺流量計必須兩拆兩卸,大口徑流量計的拆裝難度相當大。因此方案一不易實施?! ∪绻捶桨付嵤?,現(xiàn)場技術條件難以滿足要求。一是現(xiàn)有管線都存在不同程度的腐蝕、生銹或結垢問題,管壁厚度不均,前后直管段難以滿足超聲波流量計安裝條件;二是各個注水站的污水成分不相同,超聲波在不同成分的污水中的傳播速度也不相同,給準確測量帶來一定難度;三是采用超聲波檢測方法的現(xiàn)場改造投資較大。因此方案二難以實施?! ∪绻捶桨溉龑嵤捎米⑺拊诰€測試注水流量計,按照檢定規(guī)程對注水站內(nèi)的注水罐進行容積檢定,能夠保證700m3以上的注水罐的準確度等級達到0.1級。這樣充分利用注水站現(xiàn)有的注水罐作為測試流量計的標準器,節(jié)約了投資,并且不需要流程改造,因此推薦采用方案三。 (1)對站內(nèi)注水罐進行容積檢定,得到注水罐容積表。具體步驟按照JJG1681987立式金屬罐容量檢定規(guī)程操作; ?。?)用注水罐在線檢定注水流量計,得出流量計測量誤差。具體步驟按照JJG1981994速度式流量計檢定規(guī)程操作?! ‖F(xiàn)場實驗 1實驗原理 目前,油田注水站安裝的注水流量計準確度等級大多為1級,Z高等級為0.5級,選擇某一注水站進行現(xiàn)場實驗,該站的注水流量計為檢定合格的0.5級流量計,用由注水罐組成的標準裝置在線測試該注水流量計,若得出的測試結果與該流量計檢定證書一致(流量計的準確度等級為0.5級),證明注水罐可以作為在線測試注水流量計的標準容器,由注水罐組成的標準裝置可以在線測試準確度等級為0.5級的注水流量計。否則,注水罐就不能作為標準器對現(xiàn)場注水流量計進行在線測試?! ?實驗方法 實驗結合現(xiàn)場實際工況,采用對站內(nèi)注水罐進行容積檢定,得到注水罐容積表。然后用注水罐組成的檢定裝置在線檢測經(jīng)計量檢定部門檢定合格的0.5級電磁流量計,得出該電磁流量計的有關技術指標,與檢定證書上的數(shù)據(jù)進行比較?! ?實驗內(nèi)容及結果 在東辛采油廠采油一礦辛四注水站4號注水管線上,安裝了經(jīng)計量檢定部門檢定合格的0.5級的電磁流量計,由注水罐組成的標準裝置對該流量計進行在線測試。經(jīng)過半個月的現(xiàn)場試驗,測試結果為:該電磁流量計的基本誤差為1.65%,未達到≤0.5%的要求?! ⊥ㄟ^對實驗數(shù)據(jù)進行分析研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)每次試驗的**組數(shù)據(jù)誤差都比較大,其原因是測試人員在疏導完流程,將注水罐進出口閥門調(diào)整結束后,立即到罐頂檢測**組數(shù),這時注水罐進水閘門剛關閉,罐內(nèi)的液位還未穩(wěn)定,造成**組檢尺數(shù)據(jù)誤差大。針對以上問題,項目組對試驗過程進行了改進,測試人員在調(diào)整好流程后,穩(wěn)定10min再檢測**組數(shù)據(jù),這樣測試數(shù)據(jù)的重復性較好。試驗方法改進后,在辛四注進行了一個月的現(xiàn)場試驗,測出的數(shù)據(jù)誤差達到了≤0.5%的要求, 勝利油田現(xiàn)有的大口徑注水流量計基本上都存在計量誤差大,無法在油田檢定,外出送檢工作量大,成本高等問題。通過對孤島、勝采、東辛、現(xiàn)河幾個采油廠的注水站打出去的水量與配水間注入地下的水量進行對比,可以看出注水流量誤差很大,Zda的為22.6%,Z小為12.8%。針對以上問題,提出了注水站注水流量計在線測試方法。通過在東辛采油一礦辛四注水站近3個月的現(xiàn)場實驗,取得了較理想的實驗效果。該測試方法在油田推廣應用具有以下幾方面的優(yōu)勢: ?。?)解決了注水站注水流量計的在線檢測問題,減少了送檢費用。 ?。?)不用對注水站現(xiàn)有流程進行任何改造,基本不會對現(xiàn)場實際生產(chǎn)造成影響,可操作性強,節(jié)省了現(xiàn)場流程改造費用?! 。?)油田每年都要對各采油廠的注水系統(tǒng)效率進行測試,其中用到注水流量這一數(shù)據(jù),注水量的準確與否直接影響著注水系統(tǒng)效率的準確性。用研制出來的測試系統(tǒng)能夠比較準確地測出流量計的注水量,可以為系統(tǒng)效率測試提供可靠的流量數(shù)據(jù)?! 。?)在這套測試系統(tǒng)中,實際只用到注水罐6m以上的容積量,底部的容積對測試沒有影響,因此不用對現(xiàn)場的注水罐清罐就能進行容積檢定(只需用“外測圍尺法"測出罐的基本外直徑,用“具導軌光學徑向測量儀"測出各圈板與基本外直徑的徑向偏差,超聲波測厚儀測出各圈板罐壁厚度,用標準鋼卷尺測出各圈板的高度等基本參數(shù)),并能保證使用段罐的容積的準確度等級達到0.1%?! 。?)油田注水流程都是由設計院按照注水規(guī)范統(tǒng)一設計的,具有通用性。因此在東辛采油廠的實驗也適用于其他采油廠?! 〗Y論及認識 1結論 ?。?)通過實驗可知,0.5級的電磁流量計經(jīng)由注水罐組成的標準裝置在線測試,得出電磁流量計的誤差為<0.5%,因此用注水罐組成的標準裝置在線測試注水流量計滿足量值傳遞要求,是可行的?! 。?)用注水罐組成的標準裝置對大口徑注水流量計進行在線測試時間應在每年的5~10月之間,否則天氣太冷注水罐內(nèi)的浮油凝固厚度不均勻,給檢尺帶來較大的誤差?! ?認識 利用注水罐在線測試大口徑流量計,要求測試人員做好以下幾方面工作: ?。?)數(shù)據(jù)的一致性?,F(xiàn)場測試時由于沒有自動控制裝置,只能通過秒表計時,在同一時刻進行注水罐檢尺和讀取流量計示值。這要求檢測人員要有高度的責任心?! 。?)動態(tài)檢尺。在測試過程中由于是動態(tài)檢尺,所以測試人員要具備較好的操作技能,保證起點、終點下放檢尺的速度一致,減少系統(tǒng)誤差?! 。?)注水罐進出口閥門的密封性。需要保證注注水罐進出口閥門的密封性,防止測試過程中水再進入注水罐,影響測試準確性。E+H電磁流量計的技術資料[詳細]
