- 視覺(jué)研究中,視網(wǎng)膜疾病的小動(dòng)物模型非常重要,無(wú)創(chuàng)高分辨率的體內(nèi)鼠視網(wǎng)膜成像是該領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用的重要工具。加拿大研究人員Yifan Jian等介紹了一種用于小鼠體內(nèi)視網(wǎng)膜高分辨率成像的定制傅里葉域光學(xué)相干斷層成像(FD-OCT)設(shè)備。為了克服小鼠眼畸變,在折射FD-OCT系統(tǒng)的采樣臂中引入一個(gè)商用自適應(yīng)光學(xué)系統(tǒng)。使用折射抵消透鏡減少了角膜的低階像差和鏡面反射。文章還描述了一種用于修正小鼠眼殘余波前像差的自適應(yīng)光學(xué)(adaptive optics, AO)系統(tǒng)的性能,展示了有無(wú)AO校正的活體內(nèi)AO FD-OCT圖像。體內(nèi)成像結(jié)果表明視網(wǎng)膜圖像中毛細(xì)血管和神經(jīng)纖維束的亮度和對(duì)比度得到了改善。文章以“Adaptive optics optical coherence tomography for in vivo mouse retinalimaging”為題發(fā)表于J BIOMED OPT。
