SYS-EN-500 微量氧分析儀
- 微量氧分析儀型號:SYS-EN-500采用完全密封的燃料池氧傳感器是當(dāng)前國際上Z先進(jìn)的測氧方法之一。燃料池氧傳感器是由高活性的氧電極和鉛電極構(gòu)成,浸沒在KOH的溶液中。在陰極氧被還原成氫氧根離子,而在陽極鉛被氧化。KOH溶液與外界有一層高分子薄膜隔開,樣氣不直接進(jìn)入傳感器,因而溶液與鉛電極不需定期清洗或更換。樣氣中的氧分子通過高分子薄膜擴(kuò)散到氧電極中進(jìn)行電化學(xué)反應(yīng),電化學(xué)反應(yīng)中產(chǎn)生的電流決定于擴(kuò)散到氧電極的氧分子數(shù),而氧的擴(kuò)散速率又正比于樣氣中的氧含量,這樣,該傳感器輸出信號大小只與樣氣中的氧含量相關(guān),而與通過傳感器的氣體總量無關(guān)。通過外部電路的連接,反應(yīng)中的電荷轉(zhuǎn)移即電流的大小與參加反應(yīng)的氧成正比例關(guān)系。采用此方法進(jìn)行測氧,可以不受被測氣體中還原性氣體的影響,免去了許多的樣氣處理系統(tǒng)。它比老式“金網(wǎng)-鉛"原電池測氧更快速,不需要漫長的開機(jī)吹除過程,“金網(wǎng)-鉛"原電池樣氣直接進(jìn)入溶液中,導(dǎo)致儀器的維護(hù)量很大,而燃料電池法樣氣不直接進(jìn)入溶液中,傳感器可以非常穩(wěn)定可靠的工作很長時間。事實(shí)上,燃料電池氧傳感器是完全免維護(hù)的。而SYS-EN-500型微量氧分析儀就是采用燃料式氧傳感器測量氧,儀器反映快速,維護(hù)量小。主要特點(diǎn):選用進(jìn)口燃料電池式微量氧檢測元件,具有壽命長,反應(yīng)速度快等。適用于氮?dú)狻錃?、氬氣等還原性氣體中微量氧的測量。采用全中文人機(jī)對話菜單,操作直觀方便。采用大屏幕點(diǎn)陣液晶顯示,可同時顯示氧量、日期、時間等參數(shù)。上、下限報警點(diǎn)可在全量程范圍內(nèi)任意設(shè)置。具有無紙記錄儀功能,自動記錄氧濃度隨時間的變化曲線輸出0~10或4~20mA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的RS232通訊口,可以連接串口打印機(jī)或與計算機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)雙向通訊。技術(shù)性能指標(biāo):測量范圍:0~10ppm、0~100ppm、0~1000ppmO2測量精度:>10ppm±3%FS、≤10ppm±5%FS輸出:0~10mA(0~1.6kΩ)或4~20mA(0~800Ω)重復(fù)性:≤±2%FS功耗:≤8W電源:220VAC±22VAC,50Hz±1Hz環(huán)境溫度:0~40℃樣氣流量:300ml/min進(jìn)氣壓力:<0.1Mpa(0.05MPaZ佳)進(jìn)氣溫度:0~40℃報警接點(diǎn)容量:265VAC/1A外型尺寸:144×144×250mm開孔尺寸:138×138mm儀器重量:4.0kg[詳細(xì)]
