- 核蛋白的western blot一般是不能用B-action作為內(nèi)參的 因為beta-action是質(zhì)內(nèi)參，細(xì)胞核里沒有的。核內(nèi)參可以用Lamin B或者h(yuǎn)istone，前者分子量比較大，后者分子量比較小，看具體核蛋白的大小來選擇。8548
