馬弗爐是一種通用的加熱設(shè)備，呈箱式，電阻絲藏于箱體中，箱體壁厚，內(nèi)有保溫材料，溫度可升至1200度，常用于馬弗爐堿融某些難溶金屬及礦物質(zhì)，以及重量法分析中，將濾紙無(wú)焰灰化、灼燒分解有機(jī)物、驅(qū)趕無(wú)機(jī)物中可揮發(fā)成份等。
產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用范圍為
（1）熱加工、工業(yè)工件處理、水泥、建材行業(yè),進(jìn)行小型工件的熱加工或處理。

馬弗爐相關(guān)術(shù)語(yǔ)解釋
(1) 過(guò)程變量。在過(guò)程控制中，過(guò)程變量是指需要控制或檢測(cè)的物理量，如溫度控制中的溫度、壓力控制中的壓力、流量控制中的流量等都屬于過(guò)程變量。
(2) 硅鉬棒。硅鉬棒阻性電熱元件，以二硅化鉬為基礎(chǔ)制成，耐高溫、抗氧化的。在高溫氧化性氣氛下使用時(shí)，表面生成一層光亮致密的石英玻璃膜，能夠保護(hù)硅鉬棒內(nèi)層不再氧化，硅鉬棒元件具有獨(dú)特的高溫抗氧化性。
(3)設(shè)定值。設(shè)定值又稱設(shè)置點(diǎn)或給定值，是控制器實(shí)時(shí)控制過(guò)程變量的目標(biāo)值，也就是程序編程值，常用SP或sv表示。
(4)正向作用。實(shí)測(cè)值PV與設(shè)定值SP比較，當(dāng)在PV SP時(shí)，控制輸出量增加，就是控制器的正向作用。正向作用通常用于制冷控制。
(5)比值控制。比值控制是指有兩路控制輸人量的情況下，控制量是兩者的比率。例如燃?xì)鉅t控制，為了獲得高的燃燒效率，燃?xì)夂涂諝獾男枰３忠欢ǖ谋嚷省?/p>(6)實(shí)際值。實(shí)際值又稱實(shí)測(cè)值，是控制器測(cè)量到的，被控對(duì)象過(guò)程變量的實(shí)時(shí)變化值，常用Pv表示。在程序控制中，過(guò)程變量的實(shí)際值要跟隨設(shè)定值變化。
