這是兩個縮略詞： FESEM （field emission scanning electron microscopy）場發(fā)射掃描電子顯微鏡 SEM (scanning electron microscopy) 掃描電子顯微鏡下面是專業(yè)方面的差別，找來的，自己不懂： FESEM就是用場發(fā)射槍的SEM，SEM則是統(tǒng)稱。場發(fā)射槍比LaB6（CeB6）的電子束亮度強100倍，比鎢燈絲高10000倍，是一個高性能的電子光源。由于它采用的技術能使電子束的束斑很細（Z細甚至在0.5 nm以下），所以能有很高的分辨率（目前Z高0.4 nm)。噴金和噴碳是為了增加樣品表面的導電性，但FESEM的樣品Z好不要噴金，甚至Z好不要噴碳，為的是能看到Z接近原始形貌的圖片。由于有高亮度的特點，對于不導電的樣品可以把電壓降低，或者使用電子束減速模式等新技術，同樣能得到質量很高的照片。
